Dear Judge Baldock:

In response to your July 30, 2010 letter, 1 have researched each of the problemsyou identified. I believe that I have the information necessary to answer your questions.

]n part VII, line 4, line 6, 1 listed "I shares Ibo~ lnvestop" ~thout information

about the 2009 purchase. ! should have shown "Buy 516/09" and "J" for value.

Apparent discrepancies between 2008 and 2009 r eport:

In part VII, page 4, line 5, of the 2008 report. , I showed Smith B arney Cash F unds(Citibank). This is the same fund I reported in the 2009 report under i~s new name:

"Citibank NA South Dakota Bank Deposit I~rogram.’’

In part VII, page 4, line 8, of the 2008 report, I listed "I shares MSCI; E~E" with

no value as on the end of the year. The four partial sales shm~ disposed of the entiretyof the asset. Is there some other way I should have indicated that the asset had been soldin full?

In part Vll, page 5, line 27, of the 2008 report, 1 showed "lsharcs Trust Lehman."Its new name is "l shares Barclays US Agg Bond," ~vhich was reported in nay 2009 returnat part VII, page 4, line 5.



In part VII, page 7, line 56, 1 showed W estern Assets Money Market. Thesefunds were redeemed in 2008. The value was "l."
