Note: The triggering of a gate stops the application process. Detailer/AIP MGR has the ability override any gate and make the application on behalf of a Sailor.

Note: The triggering of a flag does not stop the application process. The Sailor/CCC is presented the option to abort or continue. Flags serve as advisory to alert the Sailor/CCC that certain actions are required or adverse personnel data may limit Detailer selection chances.
