To enhance grinding removal efficiency, and to achieve high efficiency grinding

This guideway with minimal following error and high rigidity enables high-speed oscillation.

The internal grinding spindle with high-speed,high rigidity enables powerful grinding.

During positioning, this function controls the acceleration/

deceleration speed in accordance with the speed-torque

characteristics of the BL motor, resulting in high-speeds and highly

stable positioning.

Accordingly, this Hi-G control function reduces positioning

time and greatly reduces non-cutting time.

I-GAP(Optional)

● All the devices that need daily checks are centralized at the rear of the machine.

● Instruction manual is no longer necessary. It is now much easier to carry out trouble-shooting(For details, see page 13).

Alarm help function

● A terminal box is provided for each unit in order to reduce the time for changing limit switches and so forth.

● It has a high waterproof ability conforming to IP67.

● Fixed cycle programs can be prepared easily by selecting fixed cycle from menu

screen and setting data with an interactive format according to the guide map.

Program Help Function● Program help function is provided for customers who want to make grinding

programs using G/M code (For details, see Page 13).
