High precision Ball-Type Linear Guide Ways and C1 Class Ball Screw are used to ensure high precision and rigity. X-axis,29.5” stroke with 6 linear guide blocks used to ensure rigidity and stability. Y/Z-axis, Slide design for 3 grinding spindles and turning tool module to reduce the interference condition for better flexble operation. Work Spindle, Sleeve-housing with angular ball bearing and ball bearing set enhance the rigidity and stability of the work spindle for higher precision performance.

FEATUREThe grinding wheel rotation is driven by Siemens motor and controlled by a frequency inverter, providing variable speed change. The grinding wheel spindle runs in angular contact ball bearings to present outstanding axial and radial loading resistance.Choice of spindle speeds: 10000/20000/30000/40000/50000 rpm. The multi-function wheel dressing device is suitable for dressing grinding wheel to perform internal/external end surface, internal/external tapered surface and internal/external diameter grinding.The wheel dressing device is mounted securely to achieve maximum stability during dressing. The workhead can be swiveled -5o - +15o for grinding tapered surface. The workhead rotation is driven by Siemens motor and controlled by a frequency inverter, providing variable speed change.The workhead spindle runs in roller bearing and angular contact ball bearing to exhibit outstanding axial and radial loading resistance. The workhead movement is driven by a servo motor.The workhead is fitted with 8” hydraulic three-jaw chuck for clamping workpiece.The dovetailed slideways on Y, Z axis are air floating type, which makes Y, Z axis movement smooth.
