Stainless steel draining tray shelves come standard with all Glastender pass thru cocktail stations. Tray shelves are constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel and have stainless steel removable perforated inserts that are flush with the side rails. The drain is a 1/2″ welded tailpiece.

Tray shelves are also available separately for installation into existing cocktail station areas. Tray shelves come in 12″, 15″, and 20″ front-to-back depths with custom sizes available. The tray shelf length varies depending on the installation requirements.

Tray shelves are intended to mount between two vertical surfaces, such as the end panels of a pass thru cocktail station. Brackets are provided for mounting. See the details below.

Stainless steel draining overshelves are optional accessories for all Glastender pass thru cocktail stations. They come in single or double versions. Overshelves are constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel and have stainless steel removable perforated inserts. The perforated inserts are recessed relative to the side rails to help prevent glassware from inadvertently sliding off the shelf. The drain is a 1/2″ welded tailpiece.

Overshelves are also available separately for installation into existing cocktail station areas. All overshelves are 15″ front-to-back. The over-shelf length varies depending on the installation requirements.

Overshelves include mounting brackets for one of three different instal-lation situations: end panel, bar top, or wall mount. The bar top and end panel mounting brackets are made with 3/4″ stainless steel bar stock.

Standard FeaturesThe RS-24 pass thru register stand and dry waste cabinet and the DRY-12 dry waste cabinet are both designed to be used in con-juntion with Glastender pass thru cocktail stations. Both units are constructed of 3/4″ plywood panels laminated on all six sides (faces and edges). When mounted next to a pass thru cocktail station, the end panel of the RS-24 or DRY-12 serves as the end panel for the cocktail station. Therefore, the cocktail station should be ordered LESS one end panel.
