QATAR’S PREMIER COLLEGE OF APPLIED LEARNINGIN 2001, HER HIGHNESS SHEIKHA MOZA BINT NASSER HAD A VISION: to open a state-of-the-art college in Qatar that would provide the next generation with technical training to support Qatar in becoming a world leader.

A team searched the globe for the best technical institution and found the perfect partner – College of the North Atlantic in Canada. In 2002 a partnership was established, making CNA-Q the only multi-disciplinary technical post-secondary institution in Qatar.

Today we offer over 30 programs in Business Studies, Engineering Technology and Industrial Trades, Health Sciences and Information Technology, that prepare Qatar’s youth to be tomorrow’s leaders.

TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE PROGRAM (TCP) SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY AND INDUSTRIAL TRADES

TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE PROGRAMTCP is a specially designed program to prepare students to work at the technician (certificate) level in Qatar’s Energy and Industry sector.

All students are Qatari nationals and sponsored by industry partners. Graduates are immediately ready to work once they achieve their credentials.

The Technician Certificate Program was launched in the 2016/17 academic year. It was developed in partnership with Qatar’s Energy and Industry sector.

The School of Language Studies and Academics courses ensure student success in educational programs that meet international certification requirements. It also ensures that students will gain Canadian credentials offered at the College, upon completion of their program.

LANGUAGE COURSES OFFERED:English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Foundation English

ACADEMIC COURSES OFFERED:Biology Chemistry Mathematics Physics Psychology

Every student enrolled in a CNA-Q program will complete at least one course from the School of Language Studies and Academics (LSA).

LSA helps students meet the requirements to enter or complete their program of choice by offering foundation English, Mathematics and Science courses.

National and international students can enroll in full-time language studies to improve their English.
