Goals
• Preserve high time resolution and exact correlation
• Compute ROI data, on- and off-line
(ROI = mean fluorescence values of Regions Of Interest at 1 wavelength)
• Retrieve imaging frames corresponding to any time position in the
electrophysiological data stream

recordings
