The Hotel is in the centre of the ancient market town of Ledbury in Herefordshire, conveniently situated close to both the M50 and M5 motorways and central to the Heart of England.

Our conference suite can accommodate anything from 8 to 100 delegates in a number of tailored room configurations.

The Hotel also has 22 individually designed bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and broadband.

Your delegates will be able to relax in our fully appointed spa and enjoy our award winning brasserie and bar.

Room Specification

The Hotel’s Courtyard Rooms have a number of possible room layouts to suit differing requirements.

We can offer a choice of boardroom or theatre style, in a number of different size rooms, for delegate numbers between 8 and 100.

All of our conference rooms are fitted with air conditioning, benefit from natural light and overlook our walled garden.

For extra ease the conference suite is accessible via a separate staircase that leads directly from our private car park.

The Library Room is fully equipped with the latest resolution LCD data/video projector, screen, sound system, control hub, broadband and plenty of power points.

All of our Daily Delegate rates and Residential Delegate rates include:

Daily Delegate (9.00am – 5.00pm)

£37.50 per delegate

Residential Delegate (24 hrs)

£130.00 per delegate

Our residential delegate rate is inclusive of dinner in our award winning brasserie and a full English breakfast the following morning.

At The Feathers Hotel we strive to offer you a seamless conference experience and understand that budget is key.

Our bespoke building blocks package allows you to remove and/or add the elements you personally require and with rates for room hire starting at just £20.00 per hour this could be the perfect solution to your needs.
