Dear Delegate

On behalf of the National Housing Federation I would like to welcome you to the IT in Housing Conference and Exhibition. Our programme has been developed by in-depth research to create an event that will help you discover the latest thinking in IT in the social housing sector. You will have an opportunity to gain a fresh perspective from other sectors and learn best practice that can be applied to your organisation.

The conference programme has been designed to offer you the chance to interact with fellow professionals and learn from their experience, so we hope you will take the opportunity to exchange ideas with your peers. To gain maximum value from the day, please read the ‘Participation and interactivity’ section in this pack. This will help you define objectives and establish the points you would like to see addressed. Presentations will be made available to download within seven days after the conference. You will be notified by email when they are available. Please note that some speakers do not give us a presentation, some provide a limited synopsis, and some do not provide copies of their slides according to their own company disclosure policies.

We also invite you to take part in our delegate survey, which you will be able to access online directly after the event (see page 8 of this guide for more information). It would be very much appreciated if you could complete the survey to ensure that our conferences meet your expectations in the future.

Inside this pack you will find:

• Conference programme

• Speaker biographies

• Participation and interactivity.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your ideas for future conferences, please feel free to contact a member of the Federation team at the registration desk today who would love to hear your feedback and suggestions. Finally, I would like to extend a warm thank you to our speakers and session chairs for their participation in today’s event and to Documotive and Keylogic for sponsoring the conference and exhibition.

The National Housing Federation is the voice of affordable housing in England. We believe that everyone should have the home they need at a price they can afford. That’s why we represent the work of housing associations and campaign for better housing.

Our members provide two and a half million homes for more than five million people. And each year they invest in a diverse range of neighbourhood projects that help create strong, vibrant communities.
