Criticism is part of our lives because everybody has an opinion, some are jealous of you, some want to drag you down, and some want to help you. Criticism does hurt!

You will certainly never have the ability to silence each of your doubters, so it is better you develop a strategy to handle criticism.

Why should You learn to handle Criticism?
