risual’s Consulting division comprises both technical and

business expertise designed to deliver transformation

and the implementation of IT solutions delivered by

subject matter experts.

Our two Technology Businesses are organised into six

specialised practices. Each practice contains specialists

qualified in a subset of technologies, ensuring a high level

of expertise and quality outcomes in all projects. This gives

us breadth across all Microsoft technology areas to provide

a comprehensive solution and the ability to deliver complex

projects across multiple disciplines.

The Business Group supports customers through the lifecycle

of an IT solution, from initial decision making, through delivery

and into operations. The group is made up of three practices;

Architecture, Engagement Management and Business Analysis.

Derby City Council Case study

Derby City Council were exiting a long

term IT outsourcing contract with a large

multinational supplier.

The Council were looking to change their

IT strategy to provide a more flexible

approach that was easier to adjust as the

needs of the Council change, and as the

impact of budget cuts takes effect.

risual education partners with one college in each

Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) or region

across the UK to bridge the gap between industry

and education. Acting as a regional hub these

risual akin is a revolutionary new customer

experience platform. By leveraging cloud

technology, akin utilises a public facing customer

mobile application to dramatically change the

way brands interact with their customers. It can

give a deep understanding of individual customer

preferences and an insight into store performance.

From in-app messaging, customised marketing

and content to operational insights, risual akin

delvers big data analytics on a personal level to

marketers, salespeople and managers. Being

registered on the app ensures each individual

customer can be recognised, and insights into

their preferences and profile ensures each

customer receives a better experience both

online and in store.

minerva365 is a suite of applications created to

work with Office 365 which can be deployed and

quickly customised to work in most organisations

and give immediate, long term improvements to

ways of working. The applications work with and

enhance the Office 365 experience which means

they are a small one time investment, along with a

rolling support contract.

The applications enable organisations to get

additional functionality from their existing

Office 365 environment, be it case management

functionality for SharePoint, or enabling field

worker safety through a mobile app. The

As a leading provider of frozen

meals to hospitals, care homes and

local authorities. apetito found the

legacy database system they were

using previously did not meet the

requirements that were essential

in maintaining or increasing the

productivity and service levels of

the business. risual built a bespoke

web application which allowed their

specialist engineers to report on

the maintenance of manufacturing

equipment, including keeping track of

servicing schedules, remediational work

and any maintenance problems.
