The file has now been made editable and can now be opened in an application so changes can be made.

However, the file has displaced text and format. Things are not aligned. A bit scrambled.

With the use of a software application program, i.e. “Microsoft WORD”, file is edited/revised.

* In some cases this can take some time. But may still same time in the long run.
