Welcome:On behalf of everyone here at Corbiell Herefords we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and to thank you for your support over the past years. For those of us that “hung in there” in the cow business through drought, BSE and poor prices, there is light at the end of the tunnel. We are experiencing the highest cattle prices in history and it looks like it may last a while. Low cattle numbers across the nation are helping to hold our market strong and it should stay that way for some time. Now more than ever quality seems to be bringing a premium and that quality only comes by using top genetics. We feel that this year’s offering is powerful from “top to bottom” and that these bulls are maybe as uniform of a group as we’ve raised. They were ran on grass only from May 1st to October 5th and we feel that they need this to develop and grow properly. They will be presented to you in good condition but not fitted for show. You can buy here with confidence because we will look after you. Our motto is simple, “we’re not happy unless you’re happy”, so the bulls must work, stand up and last. We are again offering a solid group of replacement quality breeding heifers for sale from some of our valued customers. They will be sold in pens of five with a “People’s Choice” judging system in place and the top two pens will receive a $1,000 (1st place) and $500 (2nd place) bull credit in this year’s sale.
