Main Changes 1 Simply and clearly states how TWL’s expectation of how we wish to engage with suppliers

2 GTOT extended to cover local, international supplier and selling agents

3 Suppliers agrees to supply TWL product they have purchased on behalf of other companies within the group specifically WSL and any other nominated company

4 Suppliers agree that all product purchased by TWL can be sold in any sales channel e.g. Red Alert

5 The legal compliance clause has been strengthened to put more emphasis on the supplier providing supporting documentation as required to confirm that their product meets all regulatory requirements

6 The concept of order commitments and the process has been included.

7 Updated to Incoterms 2010

8 Difotis standards and the remedy for performance failure is been made clearer with the process defined.

9 The Concept of authorised quality centres have been added.

10 Returns process have changed to include the CRC, ongoing programme of monitoring return levels, and expected remedial action, ownership of stock covered by Ullage agreements.

11 Concept of survival has been included – e.g. supplier still responsible for failure of product sold continues after the relationship ends

12 The requirement to give notice of termination must now be in writing

13 The document will be translated into Mandarin, and all documents referred to in the document will be on the new website
