Clean Tech and Early College in the High School
Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries ECHS is a program that prepares students for college and careers in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and advanced technology including semiconductor manufacturing. Courses take place on the Hudson Valley CC campus in Malta. Early College and Career Academy is also available through SUNY Adirondack and BOCES.
These programs are pathways to higher education that leads to careers in STEM fields through rigorous academic programming and a collaborative approach to learning. Interested students should see Mr. Castrio or their high school Counselor today!

Vocational Education - BOCES-SUNY Adirondack❖ Career & Technical Education programs are available for High School Juniors & Seniors at
the Myers Center in Saratoga. Students must be on track to graduate with their class and have a strong attendance record to be considered for these programs.

❖ New Visions Pre-Professional Programs available to qualified students in their senior year (Engineering/Health Care)

Scheduling● Classes may be offered in a single period, all year long (40
minutes/day)● Courses may be offered as semester classes or full year
classes● PE, Science labs, and some elective classes are offered
every other day throughout the year.

must be cleared by the NCAA in order to be eligible to participate
● This process involves completing an application at the start of the student’s senior year in high school
● A student’s transcript, including rigorous coursework and SAT/ACT scores are evaluated to determine eligibility
