Welcome to the London School of Commerce. We are

one of the largest and most internationally respected

private higher education provider in the United

Kingdom. The company has achieved national and

international success through its enterprise and strong

values-based decision making.

Located in a prime position in London, a minute walk

from The Shard and the London Bridge Train Station,

the campus was once the location where Shakespeare

frequented and until today draws tourists and visitors.

London School of Commerce (LSC) has more than

10,000 students in its London and overseas campuses.

Our flagship MBA program has captured the

imagination of many and our 30,000 plus alumni would

testify to the high quality of education and support

provided.

Established in 1999, the school has flourished as

a center of excellence in learning and teaching,

attracting students from more than 130 countries.

Our 11-member Advisory Board provides the

guidance that has enabled the school to achieve

academic excellence and sound governance. This

Board is a diverse group of high profile corporate

and government leaders who have collectively spent

decades on the architecture of a number of premier

public and private institutions.

LSC is one of a few private institutions that has the

coveted Highly Trusted Sponsor (HTS) status and

is also accredited by the Accreditation Services for

International Schools (ASIC).

It has successfully gone through a number of

university audits and validation processes, and was

commended by the Quality Assurance Agency for

Higher Education (QAA).

With a history of excellent academic and

administrative practices coupled with sound regulatory

compliance record, the institution can obtain degree

awarding powers in the United Kingdom. It is a

deliberate strategy of the Group to achieve this in the

next two years, which will see exponential growth in

international and domestic student numbers.

LSC also owns and operates the St Piran’s School in

Cornwall, highly reputed for its happy and nurturing

environment for students from nursery level to year 11.

The School has gained popularity in the community as

a high quality provider of lower primary and secondary

education. With strong stewardship, the School

continues to grow and provide a good foundation for

its students to enter tertiary education.

Recently we opened our Malta campus with the

opening ceremony being officiated by the Prime

Minister. Our engagement at the highest level of

government, both locally and internationally, has

placed us in a position of strength in the countries we

operate in.

Our holistic approach to education and nurturing

the minds of the young includes providing access to

sports and a strong initiative towards corporate social

responsibility.

LSC’s prowess in the sporting field culminated in the

cricket team being crowned champions in the regional

British University and Colleges Sports League in 2012

and 2013.

We also support and encourage a sense of community

through our charity, COPTE – Combating Poverty

through Education. COPTE funds educational projects

in various countries and aims to provide a high

quality education to children with otherwise limited

opportunities.

We foresee great growth and development for LSC in

2018 and beyond, and will continue to drive forward

our mission of providing quality-focused and cost-

effective programmes to students all over the world. I

look forward to welcoming you to the college soon!

LSC wholly owns and operates the St Piran’s School in Cornwall, highly reputed

for its happy and nurturing environment for students from nursery level to

year 11. The School is a co-educational day school which aims to provide an

environment where pupils can develop their individual potential as learners with

high personal standards.

Its success is underpinned by the use of a broad curriculum, access to a wide

range of extra-curricular activities, and the good quality of teaching when the

pupils’ individual needs are carefully considered. With strong stewardship, the

School continues to grow and provide a good foundation for its students to enter

tertiary education.

COPTE, the LSC Group’s charitable foundation was

registered officially with the Charities Commission in

September 2011 and follows the simple ethos: “ … to

support the education of children who find themselves

in the state of destitution or poverty... and who would

benefit from financial support in order that this

poverty cycle may be broken.”

All the supported projects are currently overseas and

the work started in the various countries has been

brought to the attention of COPTE by both LSC staff

and students. These include:

• Maw Sevana Boys’ Home in Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Morning Star School for Deaf and Hearing Impaired

Children in Bamenda, Cameroon

• Nyumbani Home and Village in Kitui, Kenya

However, these children’s projects were already

receiving generous donations from the LSC prior to the

the formalisation of COPTE in 2011. Many young people

worldwide have benefitted from the philanthropic

support and commitment generated by the Andradi

family.

As a result of COPTE, youngsters in Sri Lanka,

Bangladesh and Cameroon who would not otherwise

have had the chance to enter higher education or

vocational training have been sponsored by ongoing

support and scholarships. At the same time school

extensions have been built in the form of extra

classrooms and library facilities in Kenya, Cameroon

and Sri Lanka.
