ThenewfacilitiesofABJIndustriesPJSCarebuiltinZoneThreeoftheIndustrialCityofAbuDhabi(ICADIII)in UAE. The choice of ICAD III was strategic decision.

ICADIIIenablesABJtocaterforclientsintheOil&Gas,Power,Water, WastewaterandIndustrialInfrastructuresectorsinAbuDhabi.ThelocationalsoenablesABJtofulfillthecustomizedrequirements of the South African, MiddleEasternandWesternregionswhileretainingitscostcompetitivenessandquality.

Thenewworkshopisjustfivekilometersfromamajorsea-portandacquisitionoftheirownNicolasHydraulicTrailermeansthatABJIndustriesPJSCisabletoeasilyhandlethelogisticsofdeliveringmassive fabricated equipments to far-awayprojects.

→ Awelderstrainingcentreidenticalto the training centre in ABJ’s Kuwait facilities,wherethewelderswillreceive‘hands-on’trainingpriortoqualificationby a third party.→ Radiography bunkers for the radiographictestingofpre-fabricatedpipespoolsandstructurestoensureanuninterruptedworkflowwhileprotectingthehealthandsafetyofworkers.

→ Covered storage and a warehouse forstoringbulkmaterialsprocuredforprojectsaswellas‘free-issue’materialsfromclients.→ Dedicatedblastingandpaintingareas, both covered and open, for surface preparation.→ Apostweldheattreatmentfurnace.→ Alargeareaforassembly,testingandpre-commissioningseveralfinishedproductssimultaneously.→ Theexemplaryhealth&safetystandards, which are undergoing continuousmodificationinthelightofcircumstancesandareenforcedstrictly,willbetransferredtoitsoperationsinAbu Dhabi.
