Responsible for certifying and validating Active Army/Reserve/National Guard MI soldiers in Interrogation and Military Source Operations (MSO), through mentorship, platform instruction, to include developing realistic , relevant, and real-world scenarios for intelligence organizations from Platoon to Company level, including: interrogation/CATIII-II MSO scenario development, role writing, and MACOM research.

Expertise in HUMINT tradecraft, questioning methodology, collection requirements and current trends through continuous research through both DOD and non-DOD sources.

Certified by First Army as an Observer Coach Mentor (OC/T) and able to certify and validate units on METL individual and collective tasks.

Coordinates, plans, and leads successful intelligence training of over 300 soldiers per year to include: Advanced Questioning, Interrogation, Liaison, MSO, Report Writing and Information Management.

Subject Matter Expertise results in by - name requests by nationwide training units for travel to training sites for mission support.

Between 2013 and 2014, traveled to Ft. Hood TX on several occasions, and effectively certified Afghanistan-bound units in all collection operations in support of Special Operations missions.

On May 2 2014, certified in DCGS-A Operator Course. Throughout 2014, conducted independent research to update and re-vamp current intelligence courses to

provide the most up-to-date training and techniques; resulting in the creation and fielding of a new, advanced questioning course.

New Jersey Attorney General’s Office Commercial Fraud DivisionNewark, NJ (December 2011-December 2012)

Responsible for conducting investigations and providing research and evidence for the correction and prosecution of violators and the closing of cases.

Using proficient investigative skills, uncovered two organized crime/terror related fraud cases resulting in turning over each case to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Managed of three to five confidential cases at each time; handled each case with precision and attention to detail.

Liaison with joint investigative entities such as Federal Bureau of Investigation, Immigrations Customs Enforcement, and numerous local police forces.

Served as Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of a four-man intelligence team for pre-deployment and deployment in Baghdad, Iraq.

Produced over 300 Intelligence Information Reports, which resulted in over 60 high level evaluations from intelligence analysts.

Provided information for two (2) Special Operations Forces (SOF) High Value Individual target packages, which resulted in multiple military raids to capture both individuals.

Made available quick response information to halt a Katyusha rocket attack targeting a U.S./Coalition base which resulted in the capture of three (3) enemy combatants, three (3) rockets and one (1) insurgent weapons supplier resulting in the awarding of an Army Commendation Medal.

Responsible for the intelligence team’s reputation as the number one producing team throughout the entire United States Forces Iraq Area of Operation.

Expertise in liaison and negotiation with multiple defense entities and communication with civilian and federal government agencies.
