This is an opportunity for the public to address the Town Council on any subject. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Town Council may not discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time. Issues raised may be referred to Town staff for research and possible future action.

IV. MINUTES

Consider approval of the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on April 23, 2012.

V. AGREEMENTS/CONTRACTS

A. Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of University Park for the replacement of water and sanitary sewer mains in the Town’s alley between Potomac Avenue and San Carlos Drive from Preston Road continuing through Douglas Avenue to the Town limits line.

B. Consider approval of a Master Interlocal Agreement with Dallas County to mill and resurface Beverly Drive from Preston Road to Oxford Avenue.

C. Consider approval of construction bids for the Department of Public Safety/Town Hall Remodel Project.

D. Consider approval of a contract in the amount of $160,350.00 with Ark Contracting Services, L.L.C. for the replacement of the sanitary sewer main in the alley east of Airline Road.
