makes the company success and vice-versa and this is my spirit and main reason why I am very

interested to work with you. I am an extremely dedicated person who believes in delivering

I have important skills that are definitely useful for many businesses and they are useful for

this position indeed : a) I have just finished a masters degree in hospitality management at

Dublin Institute of Technology and this offered me a range of managerial skills, including digital

marketing and social media management, which are crucial communication channels

nowadays b) I have two years experience as a front desk supervisor, where I excelled my

customer service skills, front office duties and above all made improve my ability to listen to

clients and to be a better customer focused seller; c) I have a bachelor’s degree in marketing

and 5+ years experience in the marketing department of a multinational company, which

increased my business acumen, made me excel my verbal and written communication skills

and made me improve my time management skill, besides flawlessly executing daily marketing

duties; d) I speak Portuguese, English, French, Italian, and I have got a good knowledge of

Spanish.

At the moment I am employed by Radisson Blu in the food and beverage department, however

I am responsible for duties that I have performed before therefore it is not challenging enough.

I am looking for a more challenging environment and more related to my long term

professional objectives. I have just challenged myself with the master’s course, and I finished

with a first class honours degree and now I want a job that is going to keep this challenge

going. I am looking for a company with a culture of training and retaining employees with the

possibility of developing an extraordinary career path.

The main areas that I want to establish a career path and find innovative solutions for current

and unseen problems would be marketing and/or revenue management. I am a numbers

person and I strongly believe that according to my past professional experiences and my

master’s degree I am able to generate great results by helping the business towards effectively

communicating the brand promise to its clients and at the same time offering improved

products/services as part of a long term marketing strategy.

Mainly, my working experiences made me improve important skills such as client relationship,

project management, marketing and communication, and above all, to boost sales by

effectively establishing a two way communication with clients. Moreover, the master’s degree

that I have just acquired updated my management skills, especially in terms of digital

marketing and social media, which are hot topics at the moment and therefore extremely

important to be managed properly.

In conclusion, as it is shown in my resume,I have strong education background, I have learned

languages in strong entities, and I have just finished a very intensive masters of science in

hospitality management. I have valuable different experiences that are all relevant for most

jobs, and I am highly motivated to establish an outstanding career path within the marketing

department.
