INTRODUCTION
Level the Load is a client-‐led initiative at The Career Transitions Center of Chicago. Considering that nearly half a million people in Illinois have lost their jobs in our ongoing economic meltdown, the mission of The Career Transitions Center is more urgent now than at any time since its founding seventeen years ago. In the face of this economic meltdown, the embarrassment over falling on hard times must end. Instead, we must come together as a community to support one another. With your help, CTC will continue to be a place of warmth and support to those seeking a job, looking for meaningful work, or otherwise undergoing a career transition.
Please contact us to share resources that can be included in this guide.
