CTL is an independent engineering and consulting firm specialized in the analysis, design, optimization and implementation studies of any civil engineering structure at an international scope.
Our firm is included in CTE group, with a 28-year path that started in France and lead to its presence in Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, Asia and Africa with a total of 9 subsidiaries and a taskforce of over 110 collaborators permanently linked with inter-agency voIP phones and video conference connections.
Making part of the CTE group gives us the possibility to respond to civil engineering projects of every type and size around the world profiting from other subsidiaries resources if necessary for an effective response to complex and time demanding projects adapted to their destination country’s specifications and practices.
In this way, our collaborator’s motivation and dynamism, and our presence around the globe gives us the capability to accompany our future clients and partners with their projects, when and wherever needed.

An extensive know-how
The engineering software market offers several options in order to assist
engineers achieve confident results from their work expectations while being
profitable. The software used by a certain company are commonly chosen in terms
of what is used by their clients, or even developed in their own country, but they
all often offer similar input options and results.
In CTL we master several civil engineering software that match our expertise and
our list is always growing, as well as our talent to learn new software when needed
to work in compatibility with a specific project or client.
