Working as Project Associate in IIT Delhi. Main responsibilities includes - Designing and Establishing 24X7 Innovation Center with
various machineries and Processes; Establishing a Material Resource Center; Classes for MDES Students on Practical and Design
Aspects of Materials; Product Development Internships.
Designed various Art Installations for IIT Delhi, DLF Emporio and Select City Walk and for Hans Regency Bokaro. Participated in India
Design-2013.
An organisation which provides vital design organisational and technical supports along with marketing inputs to the artisan groups.
The organisation had its Model Design Studio in Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad with conducive setup of tools and equipments related
to wood work and metal work and it catered to Fabindia, Goodearth and TLM-UK for their design development and skill
enhancement training requirements. Main facilities includes - Lathe work, Acid Etching work; Jobwork related to Laser cutting
and CNC Router work; modern tools and equipments for cutting, grinding, polishing, engraving and buffing of wood and metal.
it provides Design & Organizational Support through Workshops to 18 odd Producer Groups across India with the facilities in
Weaving, Wood Work, Pottery, Embroidery, Printing and Dyeing. Various new Materials and Processes have been introduced for a
wide range of products.
New Developments for SS-2010 and AW-10-11 using rotary and flatbed screen printing. Established CAD studio along with 4 Junior
designers and trained them in necessary softwares and processes for designing printed fabrics.
Workshop and Training program - New weave development, Upgrading 2 frame looms to 4 and 8 frames, Double cloth and multi-
layer cloth development. Introduction of Tie-up Techniques for quick and efficient weaving.
Working with Pokaran, Rajasthan Weaving group for weave and product development and loom up-gradation. Introduction of
various silk and wool for product development.
Product development and technical enhancement - Development of various lifestyle products using bamboo. Established a model
design studio-cum-workshop for Bamboo Product development. A Pneumatic setup with various pneumatic tools was the main
attraction of the studio. Various small tools and equipments were brought in for quality improvement and efficient production.

Product development and technical enhancement - Development of various Fashion products using waste leather from Shoe and Bag Industry.
Established a model design studio-cum-workshop for Leather Product development. Various small tools and equipments were brought in for
quality improvement and efficient production.
A Training cum Product Development Project aimed to introduce new skills and design methods in 11 odd artisan groups located in TN, AP, MP,
Maharashtra, Harayana, Bihar and Delhi.
- Worked with 7 Handloom Groups with various weaving techniques and designs like Pick-up, Extra-warp, Double-cloth, Card-weaving, Weave
structures & their modifications and also, assisting them in organised skills like making Shade Cards, Sample Books, Tags and Logo, Catalogue,
Coding System and Specification Sheets.
- Worked with 4 other groups in Techniques Implementation and Design Development in Basketry, Tie-dye, Wood carving, Macrame' and Block
Printing.
Conducted a Workshop on Colour Theory, CAD and Conceptual Developments in Weaves & Prints in NIFT, New Delhi for Art Designers of Weaver's
Service Center. 25 Art Designers from 9 different centers had participated in the workshop.
Organized a Design and Product Development Workshop in Vadathorasalur, Tamil Nadu comprising 8 South Indian groups in 11 crafts - Basketry,
Natural Fiber Craft, Embroidery, Pottery, Bamboo Craft, Batik, Tie-dye, Costume Jwellery, Beading, Band Weaving and Stitching; Developed 5
seasonal collections for home and 6 coordinated collections of apparel and accessories. Various new techniques and raw materials have been
employed along with few upgraded tools and instruments for design diversification and quality improvement
Participated and Represented Indian Groups and their products in IM's Annual Meeting and Seminar in Sweden. Also, presented the project and
products to TLM-UK. Sweden-Denmark-Britain 6-weeks trip was intended to get a better understanding on market, lifestyle and culture of western
countries. Voluntarily 18 families in these countries invited me to visit and stay with them to have in-depth exposure of their culture and traditions.
Freelance Projects for Suhag Textiles, New Delhi. Developed seasonal collections of woven and printed stole and shawl. Conceptualize & design the
products using new techniques and weaves on dobby, jacquard & frame looms.
For SEWA, the biggest trade union in India; developed collections for bed room and gift items in hand block printing for Indian and western market.
For IM, Sweden; developed collections for Dining table for Spring Summer 2003 for Swedish market - weaving and papier mache’.
Conducted a workshop in Palam Village organized by Sanyam, a Delhi based NGO, for Product Development in Macramé; and another on Wood
carving and Patch work in Ranjeet Nagar, New Delhi.
Training cum product development project with Bethany Colony Leprosy Association, Bapatla, AP. Given training in Pick-up and Card weaving
techniques to seven women and subsequently developed 17 new patterns for shoulder bags.
Diploma Project with AVANI, an NGO based in Tripuradevi near Almora, Uttranchal. A training cum product development project; trained a group of
women in different hand weaving techniques like extra weft, pick-up, tapestry, card weaving and hand knotting.

bhagwaan and panchtatwa The term “ bhagwan” originated from THE FIVE ELEMENTS. All living and non living things on earth came into existence and then sustained and supported through these five elements. Ul�mately we all are going to be unified into these. Subsequently and very slowly we started personifying the glory of these five elements and idol worshipping came into existence. So… today's idol worshipping is a very deformed version of the glories of these five elements.

The term Vitraya refers to collec�ve consciousness which is a set of shared beliefs, ideas and moral a�tudes which operate as a unifying force within society.
Made of brass and steel using double-axis technique the installa�on is arranged in a spiral fashion and is suspended from a mirror finish ACP.
This par�cular design can form a striking feature to any environment and project varying from private residences to large scale features in commercial or hospitality sectors.

The Sanskrit word for the buddha nature is tathagatagarbha. Tathagatha means Buddha and garbha means nature of essence.
It is the essence of enlightenment - the awakened soul in the form of an opened up globe with bodhi symbols etched on it, endeavours to depict the buddha nature.
Through the installa�ons the ar�st encourages people to open up their mind and seek enlightenment through self introspec�on and compassion.
