It has been called 'the third wave': the dawn of the new civilisation on earth that we are entering and ispredicted to be the greatest revolution ever in the history of mankind. This is the era of cyber, the science ofcontrol, which is replacing all previous truths, values, held, standards and human rights. Through theneurological information systems, computers monitor people’s thoughts, deeds, feelings and entire lifeprocesses. These neurological surveillance systems operate through micro-chips, radio implants and uiaelectromagneticfelds in an advanced technology known as Brain Computer Interaction.

Over the last few hundred years, vision andpredictions have preceded the technologicaldevelopments which have turned fantasy to reality andchanging the conditions under which people live.Dreams of the future are presented alternately withnightmares of a time in which people are enslaved bytechnology, controlled by an elite of despots whosepower is based on access to a technique with the abilityto control the human brain. Dr. Frankenstein, Dr.Faust and Dr. Mabouse are all scientists of fantasy whohave, to an ever increasing extent, found theirsuccessors amongst the medical researchers and thelife scientists of today. In Sweden, as far back as 1946, atKarolinska Hospital's general surgery, patients had theirskull opened during operations without their knowledge toenable the implantation of electrodes in their brains. Thuscould they be held hostage to a lifetime of brutalexperimentation in which they were connected via radiofrequencies to a central receiver which made manifesttheir various cognitive processes and even neurologicalfunctions. These experiments had already been performedduring the second world war in Germany, in the USSR,the USA. Sweden and around the world to achieve successin a field of research which was being driven by the questfor man's innermost secret - a vision centuries old of thecapability to impart the thoughts, feelings and very soul ofan individual to the knowledge of another.

BIRTH OF CYBERThe book associated with the dawn of the new era sincescientists opened up ways of researching mankind's soulwas published in 1948 by the American scientist NorbertWeiner and was entitled "Cybernetics”. Justifying this titlehe wrote: "We decided to call the entire field of controland communication theory by the name cyberneticswhich we form from the Greek steersman...Now I believethe time has come to reconsider cybernetics, not merelyas a program to be carried out some period in the future,but as an existing science... He who studies the nervoussystem cannot forget the mind, and he who studies themind cannot forget the nervous system."

Yoneji Masuda, the coiner of the term “informationsociety" and author of the book; of the same title, in 1980voiced concern about the threat to our freedom "Further,this technology could be used domestically to restrainand control the free private lives and social activities ofcitizens. Personal privacy could be freely invaded, andpeople's autonomous social and political activities couldbe suppressed, to make the fearful, automated Orwellianstate a reality."

long ago as 1951 when the CIA decided to coordinateefforts with the army, navy and air force, and projectArtichoke was born. A 1952 memorandum describes itsmission as follows:

• Evaluation and development of any method by whichwe can get information from a person against his willand without his knowledge.

• Can we get control of an individual to the point wherehe will do our bidding against his will and even againstsuch fundamental laws of nature such as self-preservation?

• How could we counter such measures if they are usedagainst us?

Mind control is performed with a radio technology calledtelemetry, two-way radio-communication or remotecontrol, by which a radio wave, when transmitted to andfrom a radio-implant placed in the brain, head or body,connects the brain's neuro-activities to a computer whereall about a person's life, mentally physically andbiologically is uncovered One of the world's foremostauthorities in this field, Dr J M Delgado, wrote in"Physical Control of the Mind" (1969) about theextraordinary potential of this technology: "The possibilityof man’s controlling the thoughts of other men has rankedas high in human fantasy as the control over transmutationof metals, the possession of wings, or the power to take atrip to the moon. Our generation has witnessed theaccomplishment of so many nearly impossible tasks thattoday we are ready to accept almost anything In the worldof science, however, speculation and fantasy cannotreplace truth... Memories can be recalled, emotionsawakened, and conversations speeded up...It is possibleto disturb consciousness, to confuse sensoryinterpretations, or to elicit hallucinations duringexcitation of the brain. It is also possible to induce fear,pleasure, and changes in aggressive behavior...Scienceseems to be approaching the possibility of controllingmany aspects of behavior electronically... We areadvancing rapidly in the pattern recognition of electricalcorrelates of behavior and in the methodology for two-way radio communication between brain andcomputers."

One of his colleagues, a Dr Stuart Mackay, author of thebook “Bio-Medical Telemetry" published the yearpreviously (l968) “Among the many telemetry instrumentsbeing used today are miniature radio transmitters that canbe swallowed carried externally, or surgically implanted inman or animals. The scope of observations that can bemade is too broad to more than hint at with a fewexamples. Transmitters introduced through normal bodyopenings in the human can sense pH in the stomach, the

site of bleeding along the gastrointestinal tract, radiationintensity, the pressure changes in the bladder due tomicturition, the pressure of teeth grinding together duringsleep, vaginal temperature, and the like. Human andsubhuman species have been studied, as have aquaticand terrestrial animals, cold- and warm-bloodedanimals, and so on... In cases such as the monitoring ofthe welfare of a diver in the ocean or an astronaut inorbit, a continuous flow of physiological information isessential.. . it is hoped that these few preliminary wordswill give a feeling for the scope of this activity... Thepossibilities are limited only by the imagination of theinvestigator. "

Every elderly person who is taken into long term carein Sweden in either an old-people's home or a hospitalis injected with this transmitter. It then transmits a radiowave which penetrates their brains inducing amnesiaweakening their immune system and in general increasingtheir vulnerability to disease. The medical abuse ofconnecting elderly people unwittingly to computers hasbeen going on for at least ten years, the details beingpublished, along with the picture, in a book entitled "Denmaktfullkomliga oforrnagan" (The DespoticIncompetence) by Jan Freese. He was director-general ofData Inspection for thirteen years and has a thoroughknowledge this covert development

After the injection of the transmitter researchers takeover and use their lives for experimental studies Theinteraction between human brains and computers isfundamental to the development of the ''informationsociety" and is also the most significant of all statesecrets. It is, moreover, quite plainly a serious violation ofhuman rights, for such systematic exploitation shows acomplete disregard for a person's right to privacy asinnocent people are forced to serve as biological materialfor excessive and unrestricted research programmes.

One of the most important documents concerning the development in the Soviet Union, drafted in connection with theassassination of President Kennedy, was submitted to the Warren Commission investigating if Oswald was a part of theSoviet Union's mind control system since he had lived there and also had been admitted to hospital for an operation.Richard Helms, director of the CIA, stated in a document dated l9th of June 1964 that it appeared quite clear that theSoviet Union was organising its citizenry into a computer system by which behaviour patterns could be controlled toconform to its political goals. An excerpt from this documents reads:

This memorandum from the CIA Deputy Director for Plans, Richard Helms for the General Counsel in PresidentsCommission on the Assassination of President Kennedy, June 19, 1964 by number 1131 refer a short briefing of the SovietResearch and development in the Field of Direction and Control of Human Behavior.

1. Reference is made to your memorandum of 19 May l 964 requesting that materials relative to Soviet techniques in mindconditioning and brainwashing be made available to the Commission.

2. At my request, experts on these subjects within the CIA have prepared a brief survey of Soviet research in the directionof control of human behavior, a copy of which is attached. The Commission may retain this document

3. There is no evidence that the Soviets have any techniques or agents capable of producing particular behavioral patternswhich are not available in the West. Current research indicates that the Soviets are attempting to develop a technologyfor controlling the development of behavioral patterns among the citizenry of the USSR in accordance withpolitically determined requirements of the system. Some of the more esoteric techniques such as ESB or, as the Sovietscall it, biological radio communication

4. Particularly notable are attempts to use modern information theory, automata theory, and feedback concepts ininterpreting the mechanisms by which the "second signal system, affect human behavior. Implied by this researchwas the hope for a technology controlling behavior via the "second signal system."

5. This new trend, observed in the early Post-Stalin Period, continues. By 1960 the word "cybernetics" was used bythe Soviets to designate this new trend. This new science is considered by some as the key to understanding thehuman brain and the product of its functioning psychic activity and personality--to the development of means forcontrolling it and to ways for molding the character of the "New Communist Mann’. As one Soviet author puts it:Cybernetics can be used in the molding of a child's character, the inculcation of knowledge and techniques, theamassing of experience, the establishment of social behavior patterns...all functions which can be summarized as'control' of the growth process of the individual.

There can be no doubt as to what these words refer to: forinstance, "...controlling the development of behaviouralpatterns among the citizenry of the USSR", clearlydenotes that these computer systems have the potential tocontrol the behaviour of particular individuals within apopulation of 200 million, and that its large-scale use hadbeen introduced thirty years ago. This is, presumably, oneof the reasons why the recent revolution did not stem fromthe people but from the upper echelons of the Kremlinhierarchy. This must be seen as one of the mostextensive, secret and atrocious crimes against humanityever to be perpetrated in the history of mankind, andthe reason why discussions were not sparked in thewestern mass-media is because identical atrocities havetaken place here. Naturally it is in the interests of theperpetrators to keep the general public well in the darkconcerning the existence of such technology.

VOICES IN THE SILENCE

The reaction of the media to the computerisation of humanbeings has always been one of denial, avoidance orcomplete blindness. When they present the developmentsassociated with the neurological surveillance system, onoccasions, it has been just a fragment of the truth, fromwhich it has been completely impossible to get a picture ofwhat is actually going on. One of the better articles, inwhich the technique was put into larger context, waspublished in the New York Tines on 2nd August 1977. Aheadline on the front page read: "PRIVATEINSTITUTIONS USED IN CIA EFFORT TOCONTROL BEHAVIOR". The famous media-publisher Samuel Chavkin mention the disclosure inone of his books, referring to the article in the NewYork Times.

The CIA had been conducting mind control experimentson countless numbers of Americans without theirknowledge or consent. Some were prisoners, others werementally ill patients, still others were cancer patients. But

there was also an unknown number of non patients whounwittingly became experimental subjects. The CIAactivities were carried out with the participation of atleast 185 scientists and some eighty institutions, prisons,pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and forty fourmedical colleges and universities. As quoted by the NewYork Times, a CIA memorandum of January 25, 1952,asked "whether it was possible to get control of anindividual to the point where he will do our CIA'sbidding) against his will and even against suchfundamental laws of nature as self-preservation".Commenting on this disclosure the N.Y. Times saideditorially: "We are not sufficiently schooled in ethics toknow how this differs from murder...'The means as wellas the end were outrageous. It added that none knowhow many citizens were used as guinea pigs and howmany were directly harmed."

In addition, the US Senator Sam J. Erwin Jr. included inthe introduction to a sub-committee report, late in 1974the following claim: ...'behavioral technology in theUnited States today touches upon the most basic sourcesof individuality, and the very core of personal freedom. Inmy mind, the most serious threat is the power thistechnology gives one man to impose his views and valueson another...If our society is to remain free, one man mustnot be empowered to change another man's personalityand dictate the values, thoughts and feelings of another "

Transmitters implanted in an unwitting female patientduring an operation at Karolinska Hospital in Stockholmin the 1970's. The lower one was placed just under theskin by her left temple. The dark spots in her brain arereduced oxygen levels caused by the radio waves.

Marlene P. Locke president for the US organlsation'Citizens for Open and Honest Treatment of theHandicapped" wrote in an article: "Who are theresearchers picked by the intelligence community thatare wasting tax money on experiments using devicessmaller than needlepoints that are injected into people'sbodies without consent.

It was in 1985 that the American Association for theAdvancement of Science published "The Breaking ofBodies and Minds' concerning Torture Psychiatric Abuseand the Health Professions, edited by Eric Stover andElena O. Nightingale MD, PhD. "...If systematic physicaland mental brutality vividly described by George Orwellin "1984" and portentously linked by him to medicalirresponsibility - are to be avoided, it will not be for lackof technical ability. As Orwell's nightmare anticipated, weare now capable of breaking bodies and minds effectivelyon a large scale. To put Orwell's fears of "1984" behind uswe must put medical ethics and internationally definedhuman rights in front of us. '

THE NEW SOCIAL EDGE

20 years ago, at the Stockholm Police Custody, detaineeswere put to sleep and received transmitters in their heads

and brains.

Behaviorist James McConnell, professor of psychology atthe University of Michigan, has welcomed thesedevelopments. In an article titled "Criminals Can BeBrainwashed" in Psychology Today: April 1970 - hestated: "...the day has come when it should be possible toachieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive

brainwashing that would allow us to make dramaticchanges in a person's behavior and personality.…Weshould reshape our society so that we all would betrained from birth to want to do what society wants us todo. We have the techniques now to do it... No one ownshis own personality. Today's behavioral psychologists arethe architects and engineers of the Brave New World.

We have a comprehensive documentation showing howinmates at Utah State Prison. Colorado State Prison, ElReno Federal Prison and Texas Prison among others arebeing subjected quite severely to a mind controltechnology which can also be used to induce considerablesuffering. David Fratus described his circumstances in anextensive letter to us dated June 1992: "I entered thisprison in May of 1986, having been sentenced to a 1-15year indeterminate sentence for a second degree propertycrime, and unknowingly stepped into what one wouldmost naturally imagine to be a totally science fictionalsituation...They did not begin openly subjecting me tothis technology until I had been here eighteen months...I am being Subjected to some type of remote controlelectronic brain punishment in severity nothing less thanoutright torture.. I began to receive or hear, highfrequency tones in my ears Like the test pattern on a TVset. The volume or intensity of these frequencies isadjustable and some are so high and piercing that theyhave literally had me climbing the walls. When I plug myears With cotton or finger tips, the tones are still insideand become amplified is as if they had become electrifiedecho chambers with the sounds coming from the insideout. '

"I am now most apprehensive as to how 6 years ofconstant application, by whichever of these means it isbeing done, might be affecting my cell chemistry and vitalorgans. This scheme of sleep deprivation, headaches andaudio torments is relentless and being used to breakdown my resistance and wear me to a mental frazzlepermitting no mental privacy, berating and picking mythoughts apart, and attacking my mind with an insidioustirade of sickening innuendo and threats. They are goinginto my subconscious or memory bank, bringing forthunpleasant memories long ago forgotten and I am beingpunished for past as well as present indiscretions. I canthink of anything from the past - a friend or situation fromthirty years ago for instance and the voices will providenames and particulars. They have better access to what'sin my mind with this nefarious invention than I do. Theyare using those frequency impulses to perpetrate somevery vicious maltreatment on me. With a flick of a switchthey can strip me of all energy and motivation to where

I am forced to lie on my bunk and stare at the wall like azombie. - I don't see how this treatment can possibly beconstrued as anything other than torture."

But David Fratus and a good many of the inmates atUtah State prison are committed to disclose the torturewhich they are subjected to, and in order to expose thisto the world they have taken preliminary legalproceedings and we have in our possession about ahundred documents from these people who describe inchilling detail the scale of the torture conducted bythese technological Count Draculas as the bodies andminds of defenseless victims are impaled on the altar ofinhumanity.

This is an x-ray of .Dr N Tumba who lives in London. Justwhat happened to him he describes himself in a letter tous: "Concerning the brain transmitter in my head, it hasbeen performing without my knowledge or consent... Themost outrageous thing is that I am sharing all my vision,thoughts, images, hearings...etc with people around meas the security services are engaging a large scalepropaganda drive to smear my character, background,behaviour, emotions and motives... I have no privacy atall. ..I am not a spy, I am not a criminal, I am not aterrorist. Being an innocent victim of M15... mypersecution started in June 1988."

In the book, 'Manniska och teknik i framtidssam hallet '(People and Technology in the Future Society) published20 years ago by researchers Eskil Block, Per Shearslromand Per Block, it was written that through electroniccommunication there was a much improved opportunity tounderstand the central nervous system and sensory organs.

"Out of this body of knowledge developed a moreabstract and general science - cybernetics - the study ofcommunication and control... The improved powers toinfluence and change people is a part of the on-goingcultural developments" and they ask the question, "Dowe want individuals or entire social classes to bedrastically reformed according to the demands thatsociety makes?"

The former Lieutenant Colonel in the Taiwan NationalDefence Department, Alan Yu, recently made a publicdisclosure about what he had found out during hisemployment. In his work he had to check militaryexpenditure of classified nature and he could see thatduring 1984, the Taiwanese military police had purchaseda "thoughts detecting machine" from the USA. Alsocontained in the document was a service and repairagreement from the American firm. Taiwan changed thename of the machine to a "Psychological LanguageMachine". Alan Yu explains that before he left Taiwan,the machine had become the most effective piece ofequipment for the security departments such as theHeadquarters of the police Department, the militarypolice, and The National Security and InvestigationDepartment of Taiwan.

In his book, "Manipulation med manniskan"(Manipulation of Man) ( 1972) Tom Selander MA says:"Manipulation has become a buzz-word in social debate.By this is meant a covert control of people which is inconflict with their own interests. It is said that voters aremanipulated by politicians, or that consumers aremanipulated by advertising. It is not that kind ofmanipulation we will discuss in this book. Instead, I shallhighlight a manipulation of another kind, which ishardly mentioned in the debate, but which I think is farmore dangerous. It is the secret control of people as aconsequence of technological and biologicaldevelopments. It seems as if powers which are beyondhuman control are playing a grim game with us. Thecomputers are threatening to fall into the hands of anelite who will use them to increase their powers at theexpense of the masses..." Professor Erik Anners of theUniversity of Stockholm, argues that we have suchprimitive social and political decision-making bodies,that the individual and humanity as a whole are beingthreatened by our technological civilisation. ProfessorTorgny Seger stedt of Uppsala University believes thathumanity's right to privacy is threatened by our beinglinked up with computers which know everything there isto know about us.

A half-century ago, the beginning was already beingwitnessed, since the technological conditions had beenrealised and morality was not strong enough to preventdevelopments getting out of hand, to where the militaryand security aspects of research went hand in glovewith medical interests. Along the way to modernsubstances for implants and injections whereby thesolution bonds with cerebral matter to performpredetermined operations, we pass by trepannation wherethe hospital patient was grossly assaulted so that electrodescould be driven into the brain. This can be seen as earlyas 50 years ago in x-rays from operations which tookplace, for example, at Karolinska Hospital in 1946 orSachska Children Hospital 1948, both located inStockholm.

The above photograph dates from 1948 and shows Bengtat Sachska Childrens Hospital. This is the day before DrAlm places a number of electrodes in his brain.

It was first discovered by the mother after an unappointedvisit. On hearing her son's screams from an operationtheatre, she rushed in to find a surgical team and nursesunder senior physician Alm who ushered her out, not,however, before she had witnessed how they were drivinga large amount of electrodes through the base of her son'sstill soft skull.

Bengt has now been suffering for 48 years from themedical experiment taking place in his brain. He hastherefore been forced to spend several years of his life in apsychiatric unit, to take early retirement and to accept Iifeas research material for medical experimentation throughthe operation performed by Dr Alm 48 years ago. Bengt'ssuffering continues to this day

In Den Maktfullkomliga Oformagan" (The DespoticIncompetence) 1987 Jan Freese writes: "The thought thatinformation on the individual can be gathered andprocessed unchecked, without the knowledge of thesubject concerned, is cause for alarm... On the whole,there is a tendency for the authorities to make use ofADP technology for long-term control of thepublic...serious research is underway withinbiotechnology to design a DNA chip able to be plantedunder the base of the skull and to interface with thehuman brain", until which time, he implies we will haveto put up with artificial transmitters instead of theforthcoming biologically cultivated ones. We have foundthat the possibility of blending radio-transmittingsubstances in injections has been discussed in medicalliterature since the 1960's, and the ability to combine suchsubstances with conventional pharmaceutical products,tablets, powders and solutions is close at hand. TheNorwegian scientist, Tor Hansen, describes how it ispossible to also mix these substances into foodstuffs viapreservatives, colouring, thickening agents, fillings and allforms of medical or dental implants

Jan Freese gives his explanation of the circumstancesconcerning the population and computers in 'The DespoticIncompetence" and states: "Our computerisation hasbeen compared to a sports car with 200 hp under thebonnet and with broken headlights, driven in heavytraffic in the

For all the authors who have looked into the future withdespair, at a time when people will suffer under atechnological despotism, it is these developments we arewitnessing today which contribute to the horror of thefuture. The present is printed on the pages of Orwell's"1984" and the times are without doubt progressingalongside technological advances which, while they shouldbe a blessing for humanity, they are instead threatening toeradicate individuality and human freedom.

These electrodes were placed in the brain of a femalepatient at Langbro Mental Hospital in Stockholm in theearly 1970's after she unwittingly had been put to sleep.

The technology was refined and in the 1950's it waspossible to warm up the cranium so that it reached a degreeof pliability that allowed the insertion of electrodeswithout trepanation and resulted in a dramatic rise in thenumber of victims. Small transmitters which could beinserted through the nasal passages with ease weredeveloped during the 1960s and the introduction of aninjectable microchip substance a decade later were to placea part of the population under neurological computercontrol. Even 40 years ago, the future reality whichmost people still see as science fiction was a viablepossibility - the transmission of mental activity without

trace over vast areas of a country with the controllerable to influence not only cerebral functions like brainwaves but even specific processes such as, desire, painand pleasure.

Persson, a researcher atFOA's (The Swedish Defence Research Institution)section 3, one of several departments involved ininformation technology and brain computer interfacing,wrote in an article: "Telemetry can be characterized as thescience of the transmission of data which is not normallyavailable. The word telemetry comes from the Greekwords, tele which means far off; and metry, which meansto measure. Telemetry has become a valuable aid in manydifferent areas of research. An essential part of bio-telemetry encompasses the transmission of data. Thisoccurs mostly with help of a surgically implantedtransmitter...The technology has been developed quiteextensively in medical research. " However, it was theviolation of patients which was being developed underbiotelemetry research. What he had reported as being wellunder development as much as thirty years ago, was that alarge number of people were being interfaced withcomputers.

In the same year as P.M. Persson wrote his article,Sundsvall Hospital had already started the implantationof transmitters in unwitting victims, during routineoperations. The dark area in the frontal brain is seen inmost x-rays and is an obvious sign of a reduced oxygenlevel caused by the radiowaves.

The story of John Lambros reveals how the police in Brazilare also implanting radio-transmitting material into peoplein their custody. As he writes in The American prisonmagazine MIM in (October 1994): "I am a torture victim.I was extradited from Brazil after 13 months of dailymental abuse...The police station I was held in, TheFederal Police in Brasilia is known as a torture site andthey utilized the known grid room technique with bio-medical implants I still have within me... " He too hasundergone an x-ray examination. The resulting reportconfirms the implant in the right side of his head behindhis ear: "There appear to be clusters of punctate

radiopaque foreign bodies. .These objects haveabsolutely no natural origin and are most probably somekind of transmitters...Moreover, in the frontal lobes,there are large dark spots which have been caused byoxygen deficiency. Reduced oxygen balance is a normalconsequence of radiowaves penetration of biologicaltissue through the heat-energy and dehydrating effectsof the electromagnetic energies. Oxygen deficiency canalso cause a change in physiological conditions and hasa detrimental effect on health."

This x-ray is of a snake after being fed with a mousecontaining a transmitter. By the 1960's, the only limitationto the information which could be extracted was theimagination of the researcher as Dr. Stuart Mackey wrotein "Bio-medical Telemetry.”

This x-ray shows three transmitters in the frontal lobes.All of these were implanted on different occasions by theSwedish police. The detainee had been put to sleepunaware, as usual, at the police remand centre inStockholm. A doctor writes in his statement concerningthis x-ray: "...Later I received your additional skull filmwhich clearly demonstrated some implanted transmitters,one inside the brain and two probably just underneaththe brain." The upper arrow indicates the object lodgedcompletely within the brain. All these transmitters wereinserted through the nostrils and implanted into the frontallobes in the vicinity of the upper opening of the nasalpassage.

In this case, researchers have specially prepared a fish toenable radiocommunication within the dolphin and thefrequencies used is under 50 kHz. By way of comparison,cattle in the Netherlands are tagged to the computersystems with a frequency of 120 kHz, and Spanish cattleand pets are tagged with 125 kHz microchips-transmitters.

In March 1991, India's largest research centre the All IndiaInstitute of Medical Science, purchased a computer systemcalled the "6-channel Telemetry System ComputerisedAnimal Behaviour Test System". In 1994 Derek Vinson wrote to us about his suffering fromthe techniques of brain communication. "...The TexasPrison in Columbus is using bio-medical telemetry mindcontrol on me which have been developed by the ClA...Prison personnel reads my mind 24 hours a day, andmeddle, threaten, and have intracranial discussions withme about my political activities...They also cause my heartto be controlled by them to make me feel like I’m going tohave a heart attack . . I have filed a lawsuit, entitledVinson-v.- Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutioncase number B-93- 1342-D-CV-B. "

Yaggi Haci Omer was a well-known student leader at theUniversity of Istanbul during the 1970's. He organisedprotests and demonstrations against the policies of theTurkish Government and its human rights violations. Onthe arrest of his friends by the Turkish security police, hefled the country and sought political asylum in Sweden.But the Swedish secret police however do not exactlywelcome political rebels in Sweden, so it is not longbefore they take action. He has not been here manymonths before he notices a radio signal in his head. Theintracranial signal gradually intensifies and soon healso hears them talking to him, communicating with histhoughts and commenting on what he sees.

The terror he experiences escalates and SAPO drive himto commit a suicide attempt and he throws himself out ofthe fourth-floor window of the house where he was living.After a period in intensive care, he is taken to Ullerakerspsychiatric Hospital. Here, he is diagnosed as a paranoidschizophrenic. After just a couple of days there, he isinjected with psychoactive drugs which render him totallydefenseless. He is bound fast to a bed and transported to aroom containing laser equipment. With this theyperformed a laser-lobotomy in his brain, with the resultthat he goes through a complete personality change. Thisprocedure is repeated for three consecutive days, afterwhich he is, in his own words, the living dead, apatheticand totally lacking in desire and feelings, for both sex andlife in general. When expertise from one of Stockholm'slargest electronic companies, test him with a spectrumanalyzer, we are able to confirm that there is awavelength in his head of 38 kHz operating with apower of 10 micro volts. It is with this technique thatmurder can be made to look like suicide, and educatedintelligent people be transformed into paranoidschizophrenics.

Several weeks later I received a replyfrom the Attorney General's office informing me that theDepartment of Justice would not assume jurisdiction onthis for the same reasons, they would help "only whenthere has been possible violation of federal criminalstatutes"... A few months later in June of 1994 when mytwo children were away on vacation with their fatherwhom I have separated from as a result of these life-shattering psychological changes, I began to hear faintvoices in my head which sounded much like a voice beingtransmitted over wire. These voices were present beforethis time as faint "thoughts" but were not audible to meuntil this period of isolation".

In an interview in the American popular science magazine“Omni,” a couple of years ago, a Dr. Robert Becker saidthat acoustic and pictorial information can be transmitteddirectly into the brain where speech is heard just as clearly

as if it had passed through the aural channels, and that"...such a device has obvious applications in covertoperations designed to drive a target crazy with voices ordeliver undetectable instructions to a programmedassassin." In a Swedish Radio publication of 1981professor Lars Kristiansson writes that todays computerscan communicate. "...even with a cockney accent."

This is the brain of a Swedish woman. Her name was VeraDannborg. About 10 years ago, some few years before herdeath, she wrote to the Board of Health and Welfare, tomembers of the Parliament and to the mass-media.“HELP ME! In the interests of medical research I havehad electrodes illegal implanted in my head andbody...This research is called bio-telemetry...Theelectrodes have been placed in cerebral blood-vesselsand change the bloodflow, this is caused by theelectrodes blocking the blood which in fact can lead tocerebral hemorrhage. The brain also suffers oxygendepletion causing brain damage. A substantial reward towhoever can help me." But no one replied.

These electrodes, both in the frontal brain and In theoccipital lobes, were implanted into Vera with out herknowledge or consent This happened at the AkademiskaHospital in Uppsala in connection to an operationperformed by one of Sweden’s most famous surgeons,professor Tord Skoog. From 1956 he was a member of theNational Board of Health and Welfare's scientific advisorycouncil. Vera Dannborg became a victim of a brutalresearch program concerning the effects on living underreduced blood-circulation in the brain. It is these partswhich show up as dark areas and have the minimumoxygen supplies and nutrient balance, and this is the resultof the electrodes blocking her blood supply.

This story was found in the files at the Data Inspectionin Stockholm, Sweden and had been written to them ina six-page letter in February~ 1994 - the following is atranslation from that letter.

"For a number of years I have been subjected to the mostextreme terror wherever I go and the underlyingtechnology for this is known in professional circles asbrain-computer interaction...lt has been going on eversince the year following my graduation from university in1965 when I was awarded with an MA in the behavioralsciences. It was then I noticed that extraneous powers wereable to control both my thoughts and other aspects of mylife."

"Just when this transmitter was inserted I don't know,but it was most likely to have been during my time atHaparanda Hospital at the end of the 1950 's.”

“I experienced a physical heat around my head and that mypsychological activity was being blocked to be followed bypressure changes inside my head. During the last half ofthe 1960's, the effects intensified and were evenmanipulating my values. Moreover, my mind was brain-washed. Several years later, probably in the early 1970's Iexperienced the presence of a voice which commentedupon my thoughts and my life. I saw it as a threat to myentire life situation and a few years later my husband and Iwere divorced, upon which I moved to Umea to become asocial studies graduate. It was in the context that the terroragainst me was intensified and I felt that it was quiteclearly programmed so that It followed new patterns andmy mind was completely devastated... I have not beenable to work since 1984 but rather spend my days as aninvalid when I am in reality very healthy, academic, well-educated, intelligent and have a zest for life... The reasonwhy I am being driven to breakdown point cannot be

logically explained. I am neither a terrorist nor a traitor,I have never committed a crime or taken part in anyother activity which could lay waste to people's lives.Reality for me is one long ordeal and I have no longerany personal freedom or the slightest grain of integrity.Because of state violence, my life is no longer my own,its only value being as part of some perverted scientificresearch."

Assistant professor, Ricardo Centeno, at University ofCalifornia, wrote in a statement concerning an x-ray inthis document. "This film demonstrates at the skull basean unusual implanted foreign object about 1 cm indiameter".

The famous professor in neuro-surgery, Petter Lindstrom,at the University of California wrote in a letter a couple ofyears ago to a victim of Swedish police forcesimplantation of transmitters in his head and followingharassment of brutal experiments.

I can only confirm that some foreign objects, most likelybrain transmitters, have been implanted at the base ofyour frontal brain and in the skull. The risk of suchimplantations is considerable and the risk of chronicinfections and meningitis when that implantation hasbeen made through the nose or the sinuses are realissues. I fully agree with Lincoln Lawrence, who in hisbook wrote: 'There are two particularly dreadfulprocedures which have been developed. Those workingand playing with them secretly call them Radio-HypnoticIntracerebral Control and Electronic Dissolution ofMemory."

These three transmitters were implanted at the Stockholmpolice remand centre. They are all in the upper vicinity ofthe nostrils.

This picture shows the frequency 18,5 kHz. The chart wascreated by a printer connected to a radio frequencyanalyzing computer during measurements of an implantedtransmitter in a person's skull. While measuring otherpeople the wave length was counted at similar values,under 40 kHz in the longwave band. The radio-waves arecalled frequency shift signals and can flow within a certainspectra. The radio-waves' identity is not at a specificfrequency, but rather a particular modulation. Thetransmitter which receives this frequency was implanted atStockholm's Police Remand Centre.

In January 1985, more than 50 people submitted acollective letter to the Attorney General MagnusSjoberg demanding an answer to whether it should beconsidered lawful for doctors and the police to implanttransmitters in the heads and brains of people undersedation. The signatories of the letter were wellinformed of such activities and included professors ofboth law and science, representatives from the peacemovement and a number of members of civil rightsorganisations among others.

It was after considering the letter for more than threemonths that he handed the matter over to the DistrictAttorney in Stockholm who would then be responsible formaking a formal response on behalf of the AttorneyGeneral himself. The answer he gave was to reveal thatSweden had introduced legalisation which identifiedthe state as the most serious of malefactors. It wassigned by Claes Zeime and Johnny Jarlefelt who defendedits alleged legality. Officially registered as number OA AD1176 - 85, dated 15 May l985.

Following an operation at Huddinge Hospital, outsideStockholm the patient realized that some external forcecould manipulate his brain, mind and entire personality -and that this power was stronger than his own will. Aftersome time he could as well find the existence of a foreignobject in his right nostril. The medical abuse and thefollowing experimental behaviour research has now goneon for several years and brought the person to a state ofcontinual suffering every day.

The transmitter implanted at Huddinge Hospital

The former head of the Radiological Department atSahlgrenska Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden professorIngemar Wickbom stated about an x-ray he examinedconcerning an individual who suffered of mind controlterror after being in the police custody in Stockholm:“Recently I reviewed a skull film marked NAME. Thatfilm shows a couple of unusual foreign bodies at thebase of the skull, possibly some form of transmitters."

ABSOLUTE VIRTUAL REALITY

To look into one of the discoveries research has broughtscientists, akin to the feelings an astronaut mustexperience when afforded a view of the freely spinningworld, is the implications of interpersonal communication.It concerns the ability of researchers to interconnecttheir own brains with the neurological activity of thesubject under surveillance, whose experiences areduplicated and transmitted via computer to thecontroller to receive the other's cerebral activity. Theresearcher then experiences an identical situation to thesubject under control; he penetrates the other's life andbody which he is able to observe from a much deeperperspective than the subject himself ever can. Allsensations like

sight, hearing, smell, taste and even thoughts, feelings,needs, hopes, desires, touch, pain and pleasure areexperienced by the controller as if they were his own.

In the psychology text-book used in Swedish secondaryschools. "Forsta sig sjaLv och andra" ("UnderstandYourself and Others"), the research into linking the humanbrain with computers and that the consciousness can bestored on disc and thus recalled after death is described.This concept can be associated with the new technologywhich enables the controllers to link themselves intoother people's neural systems and thereby experiencethe duplicated life of the target individuals, as theirbehaviour, experiences, feelings and entireconsciousness. However, the researchers are able to linkthemselves into a human life as stored on a computer,whether the person is alive or dead. This is the pure"virtual reality".

Such a transference of a person's life to the experience ofanother has been viable for several decades. Alva Myrdal,a Swedish politician, discusses this ability in the statereport SOU 1972:59. She writes, ”The threat to humanintegrity is most apparent when the biological andpsychological methods are set alongside moderntechnological equipment for the observation andsurveillance of individuals and groups, and for thecompiling of stored data....With the help of electronics itwould also be feasible to design different kinds of 'two-way' contacts and experiences of intimacy never beforeexperienced by man."

THE CONTROLLERS

By way of illustration of the potential and use of thistechnology, we can cite the state inquiry SOU 1987:31 onintegrity-violation in the information society: "There area great deal of research projects in which one needs tolink together information from different points in timeabout the same person. This can mean, for instance,following opinions during an election campaign,evaluating treatment and different methods within thehealth services, studying the importance of anindividual's childhood and teenage years for his laterdevelopment.”

What the Public Inquiry really means is that there are agreat many research projects underway which arefollowing human lives, concurrently or retrospectively,since the life of an individual is also stored on disc andcan be called up at will: these discs are acquired by thePublic Records Office (Riksarkivet) after death. Thisprocedure was drawn up in 1986 after a meeting attendedby Minister of Justice Sten Wickbom. Also present wereMats Borjesson fromthe secret police,SAPO, the generaldirector of the PublicRecords Office, and afurther 30 or soresearchers,bureaucrats andpoliticians. Thecomplete transcriptionof the meeting wasrecorded and isavailable in theparliamentary library.

It was at this meeting, that the member of parliament andsecretary of the Conservative Party, Gunnar Hokmark, inhis opening speech revealed that we here in Sweden areunique, in that there is so much information to compileon the citizens without their knowledge. Kurt OveJohansson, member of the Swedish parliamentmentioned his concern should the tabloids get hold ofthe conference agenda, and said: "There is a greatdanger that today's discussions on

this question will be on the tabloid press' terms." FromDr. Peter Westerholm's view we can see the extensiveresearch and secrecy guarded by the security police. Hementions how they follow people's opinions and values:“We have to look to people's experiences of what'shappening, their opinions and values. And of coursethis takes us into a territory which is far from innocentand in no way neutral. This can be seen as a threat bymany." He also conceived the linking up of people'sbrains to computers as a political development andadded: "Fundamentally, this is about a political process.It is an interaction between citizens and the institutionswhich society has erected, namely, research institutionsor supervisory authorities."...We actually have threedifferent roles. We have those that conduct the research -

the researchers. Thenwe have those that theresearch is conductedupon - the subject orcitizen. Then we havethe third group, thatwe call the gate-keepers - those thatmake sure thatbarriers are erectedalong the way so itdoes not go out ofcontrol." The head ofthe gate-keepers,Mats Borjesson ofSAPO, was presentbut did not addressthe conference.

Peter Westerholm

The Data Inspection Year Book 1989-1990 reveals thetruth behind the wide ranging research programmes inwhich people, without their knowledge or against theirwill, are forced to serve as biological material. DataInspection writes: "When research cannot be based onfree-will, it is necessary that the parliament has taken astand on the question of to what extent people's integritymust make way for the necessary research and under whatconditions such research will be conducted. That peoplehave to find their integrities violated like this, which oftencan mean, unwittingly or unwittingly, being forced toparticipate in a research project without there being

legislative support for such coercion, does not belong in ademocratic society."

The normal size of the transmitter is 7 x 4 mm. Thispicture is a detail of an x-ray, computer treated to removeshadows and blurred areas, so that the true image of thetransmitter can be discerned.

This mushroom transmitter was implanted by the Swedishsecret police SAPO in an action which could have comestraight out of Nazi Germany where the Gestapo couldperform such atrocities on people with their violence andabsolute power. This also happened to Robert Naeslundone of the driving forces behind Gruppen, the only reasonbeing that SAPO wanted to reduce our chances ofexposing the highly secret issue The event took place at ahospital where Robert was waiting to undergo anoperation. The secret police succeeded in getting aprofessor in surgery to participate and after having putRobert to sleep, they opened his frontal bone anddestroyed a circular area of approx. two cm where theybranded a 0, 5 cm incision into which SAPO placed thetransmitter.

Theradiological department at one hospital in Stockholmtestifies: "To the right of the forehead is a two cm wideincision which is half a centimetre deep. "Anotherradiologist report states "X-ray skull lateral view shows aradio luscent defect just behind the frontal sinus. Anumbrella-shaped foreign body is seen in relation to thedefect just above the right orbital roof. "

Behind the mark is the implanted transmitter

As violent as the brutal assault, is the transmission of ahigh-frequency wave-length approximating to micro-wavesin electromagnetic spectrum which flow through Robert'sbrain, day and night. The electromagnetic wave havealready greatly impaired his vision, caused dehydration ofthe cornea and infection in the whites of his eyes.Moreover, the radiation is brain-washing and erase muchof his memory. Another symptom is that it has a heatingeffect, and from the very beginning he experienced adiscernible rise in brain temperature, which in turn led to aneurochemical imbalance reducing even further hisphysical and mental potential. Leukemia and cancer arealso well documented effects of these frequencies. Hemust receive help as soon as possible to find a surgeonwho values humanity more than solidarity with stateinstitutions who are increasing in a violence andbrutality comparable with Nazi Germany. We need thesupport of the media and politicians to achieve this.

Despite the fact that there are so many doctors who areable to verify the existence of the transmitter, there is notone surgeon willing to remove it, despite it being arelatively simple operation. Surgeons abroad insist that thematter must be dealt with in Sweden: they refuse tobecome involved, claiming that it would cause problemsfor them if they performed the operation themselves. It isthe same problem in Sweden - all surgeons remainuncooperative. It is of the utmost urgency that Robertreceive support since his health is rapidly deterioratingbecause of the radiation. He clearly needs help to escapefatal injury, cancer of the brain, leukemia or otherfrightening consequences of this atrocity that SAPO hascommitted.

This example alsoreveals the secretpolice's new lethalweapon since thefrequency not onlycauses a deteriorationof health, but also hascancenogenic effects.

The former Director of the Swedish secret police, MatsBorjesson, the one responsible for the implantation ofthe mushroom transmitter in Robert Naeslund’s head.

The situation we are witnessing today is not unlike that ofearlier periods in the history. Ruling groups try to benefitfrom new possibilities in the preservation of power and thedevelopment of their own interests. Even this time, it isalso a matter of economic benefits, social rights andprivate privileges; consequently the public is kept in a stateof ignorance as to the actual implications of theinformation society and the real fruits to be harvested fromcomputer technology.

In ”The information Society” we can get an idea of thepotential for social compulsion if the technology developsin the direction it has clearly already started. Thatindividual citizens are forced to serve computers, beingdenied any access to the information networks orknowledge about the state machinery of neurologicalcontrol.Further alienation may result from the use of computer-communication technology to create a managed society.The managed society would operate in such a way thatruling elites would guide the ‘managed’ (persons andthings), using information networks as controlmechanisms. It therefore follows that a computer-managed society may become inhuman, or alienatedfrom humanity. A completely automated state would bean intellectual ice age, devoid of humanity, in which ahandful of data manipulators would dominate as an

intellectual elite.”The US Senator John Glenn expressed his opposition tothe use of human beings in these experiments and hewrote in a news-letter 1994 “...Today the GovernmentalAffairs Committee holds the first in what will likely be anumber of hearings into the government’s secretradiation experiments. What human radiationexperiments are going on now? And what are theprotections for the people involved...What actuallyhappened during the human radiation experimentsconducted in the past? ...To allay fears and restoreshaken confidence, there are three areas we mustinvestigate...l hope to be able to assure people in myhome state of Ohio, and those around the country, thattheir governments are no longer conducting experimentsunknown to the individual.”

We can find no more suitable description of thetechnological exploitation of people than that given in thisEnglish-Japanese dictionary.

Almost nothing has been said about the great benefits thetechnology could give to mankind if it was used for itswelfare. Alva Myrdai MP, who leads the Swedish stateinquiry entitled “On Choosing the Future” brieflydiscusses the issue, suggesting that the behaviouralsciences could contribute to teaching people to master thetools themselves, the difficulty being to create theeconomic and institutional conditions necessary to providegeneral access to the process in as democratic a way aspossible.“Mankind 2000” mention how positive programmingcould be used on people who are already part of the brain-computer system. Silvio Ceccato of the CentroCibernetica at the University of Milan, writes that, “Wecould even make models of good behavior with which wecould compare ourselves. Then we would see truegentlemen in the streets, The second is that we could usethis new knowledge to start utilizing the potential of thebrain which has not yet been exploited.”

Director General of the Swedish Police, Bjorn Eriksson.He is the man responsible for the sedation of people inremand centres in Sweden.

There are few things as chilling as that which is happeningto the internees of remand centres and psychiatricinstitutions in Sweden, and other countries. Wheninternees are put unwittingly under sedation to suffer theimplantation of radio transmitting material in their headsand brains. This, together with the fact that hospitalsurgeons implant transmitters in people’s heads duringroutine operations, reflects a mentality of state institutionscomparable to that of Nazi Germany.When confirming the fact that this technology can re-model anyone to any degree, and that criminals areconnected to these neuro-behavioural experiment system,the question naturally arises why crime continues to be onthe increase, and why we suffer burgeoning violence andbrutality. When considering the circumstances under whichthis flourishes, we can also understand the policeauthorities’ intentions and will. That the violence andiniquity which we see is part of an intention. That it is,often, instead of being the expression of individual freewill or social compulsion, is created by institutionsintent on increasing their power, privileges andsubsidies. Further more, ever since the police startedplacing criminals under mind control 20-25 years ago,there has also been an escalation of violence and crime.

The method whereby inmates of remand centres are putunder sedation in order to have radio transmitting materialimplanted in their heads, and how the use of these brain-computer registers have been formed, have transformedthe Security and CriminalPolice into Sweden’s mostdestructive organisations.Cautionary voices have beenraised even within the state;in a conference speech at theJustice Department in 1986Robert Eriksson said thatthese information systemsconstituted a substantialthreat to the Swedish people.“It is these registers whichare the real threat, that, Ithink, one has to be aware of. It is these registers whichare having serious consequences for the citizens. Thingshappen to those who are in these registers.” Whathappens to many of these people is that they are used tocreate a premeditated train of events, realized through theinterlinking of the brains of detainees with policesupercomputers with experimental modificationprogrammes.

To illustrate the immense potential computers have, JanFreese in “Den maktfulLkomliga of ormagan” (TheDespotic Incompetence ) tells how it is possible to registerthe smallest details of events or changes in a person’s life,even when beyond their own ability to be aware of it. Hewrites that researchers have had plans to use thetechnology to expose potential suicides, and prevent themfrom happening. Through the information system,murderers, thieves and drug dealers can also beidentified, usually long before the crime has beencommitted and still are at the planning stages. This iswithin the power of brain computer communication.

We can, moreover, see obvious signs that those in policecustody are not only connected to the system the one time,but are sedated on every occasion and have a furthertransmitter implanted in their heads or brains, whichimpairs even more their awareness, memory and changestheir behaviour through the brain-washing effect that theradio-waves have on their brains. As chief of the nationalpolice force, Bjorn Eriksson is one of those responsiblefor this atrocity and crime, together with otherinfluential police and political power-mongers.

In December 1994, four people were murdered in themiddle of Stockholm in what was to be called the“Stureplan Murders”, after the place where it happened. Itstarted when three youths in their mid twenties werebarred from a restaurant. They then went away, fetched amachine gun and standing on the pavement right outside

the restaurant, massacred a largenumber of people who werequeueing up to get in includingthe head bouncer who hadbarred them. At his trial in1995, Tommy Zethraeus wascharged with the murder of fourpeople and sentenced to lifeimprisonment; his twoaccomplices both received 4years.

The forensic psychiatric examination, which wasconducted by professor of psychiatry Lars Lidberg,included a so-called PET-scan of Zethraeus’ brain, in orderto ascertain its biological processes and any dysfunctionwhich could have caused his behaviour. It was thenshown that Zethraeus had damage to his frontal lobe,something which he ls reported to share with manyother violent criminals. This had the effect of rendering

him unable to realize the result of his act and it wasexplained that located in this particular area, thefrontal lobe, is the faculties of thought and the abilityto understand the consequences of one’s actions.

Tommy Zethraeus was arrested for the first time in August1990, and held in custody by the Stockholm police atKronoberg remand centre, where we can see that interneeshave routinely been put under sedation since the 1970s. Itwas then, of course, that the transmitter was implanted inhis head, and most likely that the cerebral damage wasdone. This is also the most probable cause of theappearance of more and more crazed and brutalpsychopaths who have this kind of brain damage andresulting reduced cerebral function. Most acts of violenceare carried out by people who have been held by thepolice or in psychiatric institutions and thus been linkedup to neuro-experimental computer programmes. We mustremember what professor Lindstrom called the techniquein his radiological report of a person who had severaltransmitters implanted while in custody: “radio-hypnoticintracerebral control” This says a great deal about thepotential of the technique. Both of Zethraeus’ accomplicesat the Stureplan Murders, Guillermo Marquez-Jara andFarshad Doosti had previously been in police custody, Jarabetween August 3rd-4th 1991 and Doosti, in Falun, inApril/May 1993 and had naturally also been subjected tosuch abuse.

Lars Lidberg does not only work lor the forensicpsychiatric clinic but is also a researcher at the KarolinskaInstitutet. “Recent technological developments allow an increasingcontrol of biological functions by electronicinstrumentation... Following this trend, techniques arebeing developed for the investigation and manipulationof intracerebral mechanisms in animal and inman...Two-way communication with the depth of thebrain makes it possible to send and receive informationto and from the brain, circumventing physiologicalsensory receptors and motor effects... We can start, stopand modify a variety of autonomic, somatic, behavioral,and mental manifestations. In these exploration ofintracerebral physiology in behaving subjects we arereaching not only for the soma, but for the psycheitself...We can experiment with intracerebral mechanismsresponsible for the onset and maintenance of specificbehavioral and mental functions... As no batteries areused, the life of the transmitters is indefinite. Power andinformation are supplied by radiofrequencies.”

From the x-rays and medical reports of people who havebeen taken into custody, it can be seen that damage to thefrontal lobes has been caused by the driving of transmittersinto the brain tissue in that area.

Even in those cases where transmitters are implantedthrough the nostrils, without being attached to thebrain itself, they are placed in close connection to thefrontal lobe where the radiofrequencies mostdestructive effect is reducing the abilities of theseimportant human functions.

Because the brain-computer technology and that peopleunwittingly have been involved in these systems andprojects is unknown to the citizens, it is difficult for themto understand why new trends of violence appear orgenerally what’s going on. Since the introduction of thetechnique, the old model for ascertaining the truth has beenshelved, and what today at first glance seems like a fact isoften just a thin coating over an entirely different causalrelationship. If there was any justice, no victim of thistechnique would be punishable for his deeds when theseare the result of neurological function induced by stateinstitutions through the violation of an individual’shuman rights to his own life and brain . Theresponsibility should be, instead, with these institutionsand those in authority who have participated in thescheme, legalized its application, organised projects andintroduced the abuse . When it has been confirmed thatZethraeus brain had already been connected to acomputer by the time of the murders, he can certainly notbe held responsible for his deeds, instead the guilt mustbe on the state institution which interfered with hisneurological processes.

CYBERSPACE

There are two completely different methods for the inter-linking of humans brains with computers. We have herediscussed only one of them, that of implantation. ProfessorMasuda, the author of ‘The Information Society”, on theother hand, deals with the other in his examination of thepotential of the electromagnetic information network. Inthis case, we’re dealing with a low-frequency radiationfield which, when linked to computers, allows theunification of the biological and electronic processeswithin the computer-linked sphere. This is the realcyberspace, the space within which all functions aresubjected to scientific control. In Sweden, both procedureshave been used in parallel for a number of years.

These advanced electromagnetic surveillance systemshave been spread out nationally, meaning that we arebathed in a cyberspace of radiowave communicationtechnology; they are now to be incorporated in each otherthroughout the EU. Together with the earlier methodsusing implanted transmitters and injection substancesdesigned to establish the link to computers, eachindividual is to become a part of these electromagneticsystems which can disclose thoughts, deeds and a person’sentire life to the institutions of state control, which canalso manipulate our neurological functions, modifybehaviour and habits, thereby creating a new person,controlled like modern cattle.

The Swedish State Report SOU 1987:74 describe thescience fiction-like technology and what is the so called‘free flow of information in ELJ’ ‘Today, there are moreadvanced methods for the covert gathering andprocessing of personal data of the inhabitants...Includedin the list of active methods is radio-wave surveillance.”The expressed intention to protect integrity is nonsensicalwhen the life of an individual is disclosed and opened upfor research and behavior manipulation. Especially, whenit takes place with out the knowledge of the personinvolved, and is in contravention of all human rights. TheEU Commission discussing integrity without oncementioning the basic right that every human being shouldenjoy, the freedom to avoid having radio-frequenciespenetrating our brains and linking us up to computers.

The State Inquiry of 1987 discussed the potential of theelectromagnetic net and mentions that the information istransmitted at the speed of light and not constrained bymatters of distance. ”During transmission, the energy canflow free in the air in modulated form or as tiny codedpackets of energy...Electromagnetic radiation consists ofan electromagnetic wave propagated at the speed of light...It is not unreasonable to expect that even three-dimensional image recordings will be available...Radio

relay stations can also transmit large amounts ofinformation, tightly packed with the help of microwaves...Even acoustic phenomena such as humanspeech can be recorded...The use of powerful computers,equipped with special image processing software, canrender surveillance methods as demeaning as they areefficient...The information can be stored, processed,manipulated and, irrespectiue of distance, be sent forpresentation to one or more receivers.”

Even Norbert Weiner, the American scientist who was oneof the inventors of the computers in the 1940’s and thecoiner of the cyber concept took up the socialconsequences, in the revised version of Cyberneticspublished in the 1960’s and he wrote about “.. .the socialdanger against which I have warned, not only in thisbook, but also in its small popular companion “TheHuman Use of Human Beings” have risen well abovethe horizon.

ALIENS AND ABDUCTIONS

To ensure that the secret remains safely locked up in thecitadel of power, out of the reach of the general publickept in a state of ignorance about what is actually goingon, Scientists, doctors, psychiatrists and researchers haveproduced a regular flow of articles and the like containingfalse information as part of one huge conspiracy of deceit,simply in order to keep these alarming developmentshushed up. Internationally, there have been, for as long asthe technique has been exploiting innocent people aslaboratory animals, three main branches of disinformation.Firstly, there is the claim that the technology needed forbrain computer interfacing does not yet exist but isestimated to be with us within 50 or 100 years.Meanwhile, psychiatrists misuse their authority to certifypeople by reasoning in their textbooks that delusions ofbeing subjected to mind control experimentationconstitute a new category of paranoid schizophrenia.Thirdly, psychiatrists in league with other medicalpractitioners, have also become leading best-sellingauthors of alien abduction stories, involving accounts oftransmitter implantation and subsequent medicalexperimentation.

The further these brain-computer developments progress,the greater is the silence surrounding them. There aretoday much greater pressures from those claiming thatbrain-experimentation, micro-chip technology, and humantransmitters are extraterrestrial dangers. This illusion wascreated 20 or 30 years ago, when the state had

already begun to use the technology they now claim aliensare threatening our planet with . At that time, it was quitecommon that researchers as Dr. David Krech, professor atBerkley University who, in an interview in New YorkTimes reasoned thus: “I don’t consider myself guilty ofexaggeration when I say that what our research mayreveal might have even more serious consequences thanthe, in all senses, disturbing advancements in atomicphysics. We can not let it happen that we suddenly findourselves in the situation of having to admit to beingtaken foolishly unawares, naively surprised and filledemotionally with publicly declared feelings of guilt aboutwhat we have done.”

These days it is much more common to associate thedanger with extraterrestrials and their abduction ofhumans, as in the bestselling book “Aduction” by John E.Mack, professor of Psychiatry at Cambridge Hospital andHarvard Medical School, who remains one of the foremostperpetrators of the alien-threat illusion. He argues thatknowledge of these abduction stories is even necessary forour understanding of our place in the universe, and ouridentity as species of this planet. He claims that this isone of the most important issues of today and of thefuture; and through his books, he has become one ofthe world’s leading authors of the myths about aliensabduction and radio-wave brain experimentation. He isalso the founding director of the Centre for Psychologyand Social Change and that is what he’s contributing tothrough his books, that mankind is not to understand fromwhere the real threat is coming and that the

experimentation on people under brain-computer systemsis to be put down to alien abduction.

As usual, colleagues contribute to the reinforcement of themessage by giving it significant attestations andauthorities explanations on the subject. In a review of“Abduction” by Dr. Richard Tarnas printed on the jacketdeclares: “Only once in a great while does a scientistencounter evidence that challenges our fundamentalunderstanding of the cosmos and humankind’s place init.” Another of his colleagues, George Vaillant, M.D. ofthe Harvard Medical School adds that “Abduction is abook that repeatedly leads the reader to psychologicallyimportant of wonder about worlds beyond our ken.”What professor Mack’s book is about has nothing to dowith facts or at all an actual threat, but the disinformationhe wants to establish in our minds about the ongoingpolitical scientific developments that we are headingwithout peoples knowledge about it.

In the book ”Kontroll au indiuiden” (The Control of theIndividual) published in 1972, Nordal Akerman writesthat, “The politics of control, the repressive tendency,are already with us in prognoses assessment andplanning policy. It is being driven on by developmentsin technology, continually creating moral problemsthat we are ill-prepared for...And how will thisextensive array of instruments of control be appliedand assessed without the brutalization of society andfurther alienation between social groups.” Twenty-fouryears later we can find his visions quite correct.

Brain-computer systems are not just a medical issue, butalso a political one and as Dr. Peter Westerholm said in hisspeech at the Ministry of Justice in 1986, they are a fusingof citizens and the state institutions, and are as he told it,part of a political process. There are several differentperspectives from which one can view the situation. InMarch 1986, the professor Anna Christensen wrote anarticle in Dagens Nyheter, called “Science Blind Spot”about “. . . the inherent tyranny of this structure, whichseparates the world into administrator and administratedand transforms man into an administrative object. Bothlarge and small scale research of this type is constantlybeing conducted within both science andadministration...They are driven by the same passion to“map” that world which comprises people’s thoughtsand deeds...Blinded by its good intentions, they areunable to see the tyranny inherent in

superior knowledge of knowing something about aperson which that person can not know himself, andthrough this knowledge, take measures.

The same year, in 1986, in Madras, the well known Indianphilosopher, Krishnamurti addressed this issue in a speechwhich can also be read in the title “Krishnamurti’s LastTalks.” “When genetic engineering and the computermeet, what are you? Your brains are going to be altered.Your way of behaviour is going to be changed. They mayremove fear altogether, remove sorrow, remove all yourgods. They are going to; don’t fool yourself. It all ends upeither in war or in death. This is what is happening in theworld actually.”

Ever since the story of Timothy McVeigh who is accusedto have carried out the bombing in Oklahoma, brought topublic attention the fact that he was injected withradiochips since serving the U S Army, scientists havegone all out to stop the rumors. Just a short time after theexpose the largest Swedish news agency, TT, produced thefollowing press release: “The linking of the human braininto a computer will be fully practicable within 50 years,claims the British professor and expert on futuretechnology, Peter Cochrane, according to ‘The

Independent.” A previous article in “Weekly WorldNews” told the story of a Portugese woman who had a so-called “extra-terrestrial monitoring device” surgicallyremoved. This was reported to have been a radiotransmitter which, it was claimed, had been implanted inher right temporal lobe space aliens.

The Portugese doctor, Victor Pinto, explained in the articlethat: “...The number of people walking around with alientracking devices implanted in their brains is alarminglyhigh...We believe the aim of these extraterrestrials is toeventually know the whereabouts of every man, womenand child on Earth.” One should remember, however thatDr. Pinto has made millions from his books on UFO’s andhow aliens have been kidnapping human beings, takingthem back to their flying saucer, and implantingtransmitters in their brains. There is quite simply no otherreason for his conscious attempt to distract attention fromthe medical abuse of his own colleagues and from thepolitical scientific developments which are taking place.We cannot deny the existence of aliens, but it is not themwho constitute the threat to mankind’s freedom. Rather,this comes from the technology that the state has beendeveloping against us in secret. It can be no coincidencethat before the technique had reached the point where itwas possible to link the human brain to computers,hideous aliens intent on implanting radio transmittingobjects in people’s brains were unheard of. Even theCenter for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence inthe USA have the same opinion and writes in a largearticle about this: “...The public has been misled, and the

civilian UFO research community have been quitevictimized by these special projects designed to deceive,mislead and, above all, disinform the public on theextraterrestrial subject. The ‘Body Snatchers” flx on theextraterrestrial presence is driven by a complex plan toconvince the public that there is an alien threat which wemust all unite against and fight.”

FUTURE MAN - BIOLOGICAL ROBOT

Finally, a glimpse of the future in store, where newhorizons mask our souls following the swell of a bleakartificial wave over our lives. Cyberculture, the civilizationof the total control of all biological functions, is intendedto remodel all our natural powers of reason and feelings tosuch an extent that our capacity to develop the future willbe usurped by the doctrines of state behavioural sciencesoftware. Thus are all previous conditions, psychologicaland social values, principles and behaviour transformedjust like the individuals’ sense of belonging and freedom ofchoice. From the sources which themselves form a partof the new technology, and with their comprehensiveknowledge about the ongoing structural reformation,totalitarian powers concoct their schemes by whichmankind, sheep-like in its acquiescence, is forced into anew social pattern. It is Stanley Lesse and William Wolffrom the association for the Advancement ofPsychotherapy in the USA who, in a chapter of“Mankind 2000 by Johan Galtung and Robert Jungk,

entitled “Medicine and our Future Society”, introducethis sinister vision which, unless the current trends arearrested, we all will have to accept. What they describeare the consequences of neurological surveillancesystems and brain-computer interfacing, the ethicsbehind it and a refined blueprint for the termination ofthe human soul and individual freedom.

“In the organization of a civilization of the future weanticipate that the individualistically-oriented man willbecome anachronism. Indeed, he will be viewed as athreat to the group organisation, as well as to his fellowman. Hence, as stated, he in all likelihood will have fewindividual expectations. While such a picture may not bepleasant to contemplate, when viewed with our presentorientation and value judgment, we would be amisswhere we deal with unrealistic imageries that wouldblind us to future reality...”

“...The new world of the closed, automated system willnecessitate a radical change in political, technologic,and social thinking. All too often, however, we remainbound by the conventional tenets and wisdom of pastgenerations...The cybercultural revolution is altering allthis.”

It is when humanity finds itself under a data hierarchywith unrestrained power over our brains, that we arereduced to a status corresponding to that of today’s cattle,without right and with a neurological system as the resultof computer programming and in a state of totalmanipulation by the computer network’s control of ourvery selves.

The new role for the human will be as part of a group,no longer cherishing his or her private values andliberties, but reduced to a component denied autonomyand enslaved under a new yoke in a social structurewhere both nurture and neurological effects composethe basis for the faith in the new zeitgeist.

TURNING THE TIDE

We are at a cross-roads where the choices relating tohuman freedom are either confinement behind anelectronic barbed-wire fence or growth like an exquisiteblossom flourishing out of its own biological depths. Itis time to discuss the consequences of brain-computersystems and that people, of course, must be entitled tothe basic humanright not to be forcedto live under suchinhuman researchprogrammes whichserve to furnishscientists, medicalresearchers and thestate with what isessentially a person’sown private sourceof personalinformation. Theadvancing tide ofdevelopment has tobe curbed and redirected so people can reach a higherstatus then the immeasurable spread of computer-technology all the way into the human brain.

The ongoing trend has to cease so that people no longerneed to be slaves or victims of neuro-surveillance andbehavior modification procedures, but rather have thepower to defeat regimentation and external techno-control to assume the opportunities of freedom andhappiness and become the masters of technology.

Senator Glenn’s words, that he would be able to assurepeople in the US that their government is no longerconducting experiments unknown to the individual, shouldbe a demand any politician internationally would addressto himself and do what he can to bring the secret neuro-experiments to public knowledge and an end.

If nothing is ever done to change the current developmentthe computerisation of mankind will create an ice-coldreality in which the future is frozen and all humanityeliminated. Once aware of the circumstances, it is easierto understand the behavioural changes the manypeople exhibit as a result of the modified conditionsunder which our neurological processes operate whenlinked up to cerebral-computer systems. This is the

first time in history that the human has been a victimof interference with his cerebral functions by externalsources.

The main question is who will have the right to one’sbrain, psychical functioning, personality and entire life. Isit to be the state, or oneself? Are a person’s thoughts,deeds and behaviour to be thrown under state control,stored on computer and scrutinized by the new computer-hierarchy? Or will people be free to live their own liveswithout being slaves of neuro-surveillance systems whichcan manipulate and change opinions, personalities andentire life processes. Certainly, there must be a publicdebate on this issue in the media. It is the inner and mostimportant freedom which is threatened including ourbrains, the future, our children and further generations.Are we all, going to live in a system where our brains areunder state occupation, simply because our generationdared not to face the problem? Would not bring up theterrifying truth to public knowledge and the debate itdeserved in the mass media.

It is vital that everyone with a sense of human and socialresponsibility participates to bring these developments, asimportant as they are secret, to public awareness throughthe media. The political system claims to be opposed toviolence and other perversions arising from the law of thejungle, but it is these very qualities which they drag downto a person’s most sacred source, offending morality andall human principles, all signed conventions on humanrights, all rights and honour. Something we together mustexpose to prevent environmental destruction within ourbrains.

This manuscript, Cybergods, was released on Internet in English, Swedish, Japanese in February 1996 and Spanish,German, Danish with several more languages on the way. It has also been submitted to the Swedish Government and allseven parliamentary parties, the General Secretary of the United Nations, and its department of Human Rights in NewYork and Geneva in order to hear the opinions of these representatives of international and national institutions andorganisations. Their reply will also be placed on the Internet to demonstrate their standpoints.

Cybergods is just a tiny part of a significantly more extensive research material and the complete Computer BrainReport is reproduced on the next page and divided into nine chapters and a total of approx. eight hundred pages. Thevarious parts or the whole report can be ordered through us. The case studies and the x-ray evidence in this paper is just asmall part of the material exposing that the police in remand centres and psychiatrists in mental hospitals put interneesunder sedation to facilitate the implantation of radiotransmitting materials in their heads and brains. There are also a morecomprehensive study which shows that surgeons implant these objects in patients during operations. We who haveparticipated in the investigations are not only releasing all the material to public disposal, but are also offering togive lectures and take part in radio and television programmes, or anything else which is suggested.
