Purchase and Usage Permit (P2 Permit)Purchase of explosives can only be fulfilled ifcustomer owns Purchase and Usage Permit (P2Permit) issued by National Police Chief (Kapolri)which is valid for 6 (six) months and only givento customers who already have ExplosivesOwnership, Authorization and Storage Permit(P3 Permit) which is also issued by NationalPolice Chief.

Ownership, Authorization and Storage Permit(P3 Permit)

P3 Permit is Explosives Ownership,Authorization and Storage Permit. P3 Permit isissued by Indonesian Police Chief and is validfor 5 (five) years in accordance to the validity ofmagazine permit issued by Directorate Generalof Mineral, Coal and Geothermal or Directorateof Oil and Gas.

Before P2 Permit or P3 Permit is issued by Chiefof Indonesian Police, a recommendation fromChief of Provisional Police (Kapolda) is required.For project/company within Directorate Generalof General Mining or Directorate General ofOil and Gas, aside from recommendation fromChief of Provisional Police, a recommendation

4.Based on the order, Dahana will determinethe procurement plan, whether it willbe fulfilled from available stock, produced orimported.

5.Goods will be delivered after permit andpayment requirements are met in accordanceto the delivery schedule.
