OBJECTIVE To apply my knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles through a co-op or internship experience. Available for the spring and/or summer 2017.

EDUCATION ROCHESTER INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, Rochester, NYBachelor of Science in Electrical Mechanical Engineering Technology, expected May 2018Physics Immersion GPA: 3.47/4.00

SKILLS Software: MS Visual Studio, C++, SolidWorks, Minitab, CES, MATLAB, Multisim, and Microsoft

Word, Excel, and PowerPointHardware: Horizontal and Vertical Milling Machines, Lathe Machine, MTS Tensile Testing Machine, IZOD Impact Testing Machine, Brinell Hardness Tester, Corrosion Testing, Breadboard Usage, and Oscilloscope Language: Proficient in English and Spanish

EMPLOYMENT General Electric Aviation, Vandalia OH Fall 2015 Intern/Co-op Decrease NCR’s by completing 17 Work Instructions changes Incorporated a new practice by creating 2 training video to help replace work instructions Improved Work In Progress visibility which improve product flow and commits delivery Created training matrix to efficiently utilize operators skills and talents

ITS: Network Communication, Rochester NY Spring 2015-Summer 2015 Student Technician Maintain RIT’s campus voice and data network Troubleshoot, add, or eliminated telecommunication network issues through wire adjustments.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY Spring 2013- PresentPeer Tutor for CAST, CSTEP, HEOP, and TRIO-SSS programs 1-1 peer tutor, Multivariate Calculus, Fundamentals of Engineering Assist students with homework, prepare for projects, presentations, and master specific topics

PROJECTS/LABS LED Beat Box Constructed a device which used the vibration of sound to light the LED’s according to the beat of the music with different color LED’s, power adapter, TIP 31 transistor, and audio jack. Air EngineMachined an air engine composed of aluminum utilizing various machining tools.AC & DC Circuit ProjectsUsed the breadboard to test various circuit diagrams with basic components such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, and LED’s. Use the oscilloscope for different functions and constructed a speaker out of a magnet, wire, and a plastic cup.Fundamentals of EngineeringWorked in a team to build a thermometer and have it synced to Simulink to analyze temperature data, designed and constructed a marshmallow launcher, and conducted Gear Ratio Testing.
