OBJECTIVE
I pride myself in being self-motivated, hardworking and a conscientious person. I have a high
degree of self-discipline and motivation which allows full commitment to achieve design
excellence. Through my experiences in education and the workplace I have shown high
levels of initiative and dedication in carrying out my work and thrive in high pressure work
environments. I am 24 years of age with an J1-IWT visa and currently seeking work in New
York to expand my experience into new areas of architecture and design.

Written Thesis; ‘’The Capitalist City: An Economic study of the history of Manchester’’. A
study of how the forces of capitalism have shaped the form and nature of Manchester the
world’s first industrial city from its beginnings to the present day.
Design Thesis: ‘’The [Re] Breaking Yard’’ exploring the re-introduction of industry to the
disused docklands of the city. The design places a ship-breaking yard into the context of the
city, the yard Engages with the city by creating a space that allows access to process of
shipbreaking.
The project was selected for entry to the prestigious RIBA Presidents Medal

Assistant Architect to the Director of Architecture for the Northern Region (USA and
Europe)
During my time at Jacobs I gained experience in design development and
interacting with clients on large scale industrial projects throughout Europe, aiding
the preparation of development drawings and creating 3d models for
pharmaceutical projects for clients such as Unilever, Amgen and Intel.
Assisted in the detailed design and preparation of tender packages for smaller
projects
Principal 3D designer in office.
Developed Skills in Autocad, Sketchup, Navisworks, Revit, Photoshop and
Document control.
VENICE BIENNALE, VENICE, ITALY 2012
INVIGILATOR
Provided information for Irish Pavilion designed by Heneghan Peng Architects entitled
“Shifting Ground”
Invigilator for the pavilions also managed the Pavilions of Chile and Peru during my time in
Venice. I maintained the cleanliness and safety of the exhibition.

Running, I am an underage Cross Country Champion and actively participate in long distance
