Hi. I really want you to read this. So I'm using few words and big letters to make it easy. This Saturday, August 15th. VERY important stuff happening at the Dayspring Fellowship building. This isn't another one time event that comes and goes and it's over. This is your chance to influence what Dayspring will be for years to come. David Moore will be there at 8:30, 10:30, 11:30 AM, and at 1:00 PM. He'll be there to listen to YOU, and a few others in a small group, talk about your thoughts. Question is, will you be there to talk to David and other Dayspring folks for one (1)hour? That's all it will take. The five questions have been sent out. They are also in this newsletter. Just read, reflect, and get ready to speak. Permission to speak freely. It's yours.

Mac Bare

Pray for those who have been a part of us who have answered the call to missions, including the Dowsetts, the Hams, Jan T., Linda Kofler, and Amelie McCrae. A pressing need for Amelie is housing. More updates on the Hams on page 3.

Praise God for safe travels and meaningful ministry for Alan Colborn and Bill Andrews who spent several days in Romania ministering with Wheels Around the World. Alan shared about his experience during worship service on August 9. Go to Dayspring’s website to hear his talk.

Pray for Jerry Morgan. Jerry is currently living at the Brian Center, a rehabilitation facility, 6000 Fayetteville Rd, Durham, NC 27713.

Pray for Yancey and Anne Culton. Your calls and cards will encourage Yancey. It is best to call before going by to visit them at Brookdale Meadowmont.

Pray for Beth Craig, that she would find relief from her terrific back pain.

Pray for Ray Browning, Margaret Tew ’s son-in-law (husband of daughter Lynn) who will be having colon surgery August 20 at Duke. The prognosis is good.

Pray for Mrs. Tew ’s great grandchild William “Duke” (son of grandson Matt and his wife Mandy. Pray for healing of the baby’s digestive system which is causing problems with breathing while he sleeps.

Pray for the faculty, staff, and students of E. K. Powe, along with all the other schools, as the new school year begins.
