FCenter is a great, really an amazing programing center developed for the CCDB was released in 2004 and included in all the CCDB around the world, is an old know system and is not the proposal of this guide teach its use, even let you know how to install in the X64 systems, is important let you know, this FCenter version has been modified to be able work on the news X64 MS system, and don’t use any 3er party driver, only need the standard MS HID legacy drivers, included in the standard MS X64 installation. DCC, Device Control Center, is a tool, to let you upgrade the last RealSimulator devices, use the technologies developed for the R3 and to avoid future problems only use legacy standard HID drivers, normally included in the standard MS X64 and X32 installations.

DCC.msi is the installator for the DCC software and FCenter.msi is the installator for FCenter software. Please run the DCC.msi with a double click over the file.

Click Next to read the license agreement

Accept the license agreement by clicking “I accept the terms in the license agreement” if you wish.

Choose Complete and click Next.

Press Install to start the installation.

Wait until the installation finish and press finish.

FCenter.msi is the installator for the FCenter software. Please run the FCenter.msi with a double click over the file.

DCC CCDH FWU EMYCSA RealSimulator Date: 18/10/2013 Version: V-1.00

DESCRIPTION

DCC Device Control Center. Let you to download firmware to your Realsimulator devices, this will let us fix any possible problem in your CCDH, and if needed make special firmware for additional devices or futures upgrades. When starting the application DCC a window will appear like the following. .

. Please select the CCDH FWU pressing with the mouse pointer in the tab called CCDH FWU

The first thing we will do is select the file with the firmware, in order to do this, press the button "Load" will open a file selection window and selects the file with extension.

By default, the files are in a folder called "C:\Users\MOV\AppData\Roaming\RealSimulator Data\CCDH. Where MOV is your user name (mine is MOV) After selecting the file with the firmware. The program asks you to connect the CCDH to the computer where the DCC is running the program

To do this Connect the CCDH to the computer using a USB cable

After the CCDH is detected, the DCC start to download the firmware selected, and a progress bar run

Wait until the progress bar is full and a confirmation window is showed.

Press Yes (Si) to exit or No (No) to Continue in the DCC software. Now the CCDH have your selected firmware saved in a permanent way until you download a new one. So if you move the CCDH to other computer it will work without the necessity of any other driver or DCC software. To confirm the correct installation of the system you can run the MS utility “printers and devices” in the start menu

Press right mouse button over the RS_USB_CCD icon and select Game Device Configuration and you will see the next picture

That’s is the 3 Game Devices installed the ICP and two MFDs directly driven by MS If you press over the RS_USB_CCD icon with the left mouse button two times

You will take notice about the RS_USB_CCD properties, that’s are A Composite device with three game device and an additional HID device to make possible comms with FCenter.

Congratulation your system is ready to use the CCDH hardware.
