  • IATF 16949 : 2016 SURVEILLANCE AUDIT AT PLANT I, II, III, VI & VII

    Plant I, II, III, VI & VII has undergone IATF 16949 : 2016 Surveillance audit between 9th

    Dec to 15th

    Dec 2019. Mr. Shishir Bal, Mr. Rajendra Patil & Mr. Ravi Venkaraddiyavar

    from The British Standards Institution [BSI] conducted the Audit.

    Plant teams have taken excellent efforts & successfully completed this audit.

    Congratulations to every member who was part of this Audit !!

    KEY VISITS & EVENTS

    IATF 16949 : 2016 INTERNAL AUDITORS TRAINING PROGRAM AT

    PLANT IX

    We believe in continuous development of

    internal capabilities on Systems front to

    bring our employee system capabilities up to

    the next level. We have arranged IATF 16949

    : 2016 Internal Auditors Training Program at

    plant IX on 16th

    & 17th

    December 2019.

    Program conducted by Mr. S Raghavendran

    from M/s. Vishudhha Business Solutions.

    With this training program, we have given efforts to improvise system understanding of

    Plant IX team for continued success. In this batch 20 participants have cleared ‘IATF

    Internal Auditor Examination’ which was conducted immediately taken post this training

    program.

  • KEY VISITS & EVENTS

    BBA 2nd

    year Students from Garware College, Aurangabad visited Plant VI.

    Industrial visit provides students a good opportunity to gain full awareness about

    industrial practices in addition to their academic coverage at institute.

    INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO REPL

    It provide students an exposure on practical working environment at Shop floor & Office

    along with advance technological improvements for their innovative entries in

    Technological Engineering world.

    at Rucha for their knowledge sharing &

    guidance.

    Mr. Anurag Kalyani (Head HR – WIPRO

    Lighting, Aurangabad) has shared

    learnings on ‘Essential drafting /

    language Skills’ with Ruchaites.

    ‘Shree Kannayya Thakur Prabhujee’

    from ISKCON Pune has conducted

    effective session on ‘Work Life

    Balance’.

    This session was organized by us

    for all employee working across

    MIDC, Waluj Industries.

    SESSION ON WORK LIFE BALANCE

    Total 86 employees (along with spouse) participated in this from various

    organizations located in Waluj MIDC area. From our end, 22 employees have

    attended this event & enlightened with a value enriching experience.

    MGM HERITAGE AURANGABAD MARATHON

    REPL always been a promoter of Healthy

    Living. Employee health is always been our

    important priority for which we are

    organising programs & promoting

    participations of our employees in various

    Health / Sports initiatives. ‘MGM Heritage

    Marathon’ is one of the famous ‘Running

    Event’ in Aurangabad. REPL team of 10+

    employees participated in ‘MGM Heritage

    Marathon' on 8th

    December 2019.

    To strengthen the ties with our valued

    employees various programs are getting

    conducted for them along with their family

    members.

    A ‘Communication Meet’ gets conducted

    monthly at respective plants across group.

    This month at Plant I, Mr. Shankar Kapale

    (Quality Department, BAL) has graced the

    occasion as Chief Guest. We shared

    company near future prospects &

    appreciated employees for their best

    contributions.

    This month in Plant II & VII Magic Saturday was

    conducted on last Saturday of Dec month.

    DIVYANG SHAKTI AURANGABAD MARATHON

    We believe in ‘giving back to the society’ and continuously look forward for such

    avenues.

    On December 8th

    ‘Navajivan Society for Research and Rehabilitation of Mentally

    Retarded’ had arranged “Divyang Shakti Run” with a aim of creating awareness about

    special category citizens to encourage their interest & contributions for making India

    proud. Our employees have participated and shown their support for this noble cause.
