Wow! The year is almost drawing to a close. So much has happened this year for us, and I am sure to many of you also. It is an incredibly busy time but also an important time of the year to take stock of our accomplishments, celebrate our wins and learn from our struggles and mistakes.

Lately, I’ve been enjoying hot yoga in the morning at Miami and then jumping into the sparkling ocean afterwards getting centred, grounded and revitalized. I’ve become quite addicted to yoga lately and found that MSM really helped me become more flexible and takes away the aches and pains.

Last weekend we held a 1 day Self-Empowerment Event at the Glades Premises, Robina. It was a beautiful sunny day with gorgeous views overlooking the golfing green and lake....perfect for the amazing personal transformation healing journeys that many experienced during this day.

So many people came up to us afterwards and told us how much they had personally changed and transformed as a result of the experiential seminar....the deep insights they gained about how they created their own realities, the awareness and shifts that were experienced moving into a higher vibrational energy state, the surprising energy tools and resources available to boost energy levels and make heart-based living more easy and effortlessly. I was really inspired and moved by some of the stories shared. More on this next time.

Not only 2 weeks ago I was introduced by my friend Michael to a new water filter. Even though we have already water filters at home and at the clinics, I was keen to listen to the details. To my surprise this particular water filter is not only cheaper, it also removes fluoride! Easy to Install

Another point advantage is that the filter is easy to install. There are two ways to use the filter: option 1: bench top or option 2: under sink mounted filter. I choose the first option and it took me less than 10 minutes! In fact I needed to install only the diverter to the tab. Then I connected the filter with the white tube and its done. All pieces are delivered and you really don’t need to be an expert to do this alone.

To install the filter under the sink, there is an optional kit available, and you need a small hole in your sink bench top.

Some More Technical Specs

The filter life is 5000 liter, the filter micron rating is 0,2 Micro Meter. The warranty is 2 years and the frequency of replacing filters is around 6 month (or 5000 liter). The whole device is 36 high and has a diameter of only 13 cm.

Serves 61 medium avocado3 cups roughly chopped zucchini2 stalks celery, roughly chopped10cm piece of leekHandful of parsley3 tsp lemon juice2-3 Braggs All Purpose Liquid Seasoning1/4 tsp salt or to tasteDash cayenne pepper of more if you like it spicy hot3 cups almond milk or until the desired consistency is reached2 shallots finely chopped for toppinga dollop of nut cheese and a handful of parsley to sprinkle on top

Instructions:Blend all ingredients except the shallots and nut cheese in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.If you would like this soup warm, place in oven on warm for about 15 minutes. Make sure it is only on warm - no more than 45C so as not to cook the soup.This soup is wonderful chilled also.
