1) The exhibitors will be given possession of stalls one day before the event, i.e. on 6th January 2022, from 4pm to 6pm. 2a) 2m/2m stall will be provided with 1 table with table cloth, 2 chairs & 2 spot lights. 2b) 3m/2 m stall will be provided with 2 tables with table clothes, 2 chairs and 2 spot lights . 3) Two badges for 2m/2m stall and 3 badges for 3m/2m stall will be provided. Extra badges will be available for Rs.100 each, otherwise entry charges will be applicable for every entry. 4) Deepshikha Mahila Club will be providing 2 water bottles and 4 tea coupons per stall per day on 3 days of the mela. 5) Booking will be confirmed on full payment by Cash / DD& online payments . No Cheques will be accepted. 6) If booking is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, 40% of the amount will be forfeited. However, no refund will be given for any cancellations after 1st Dec 2021. 7) The exhibition area will be sealed at night. Separate room will be provided for storage of packing material. Please do not place any cartons, etc. in the passageway. 8) Extra items will be charged separately. All extra items must be booked at the time of stall booking. 9) The stall owners are responsible for their own Sales Tax formalities and queries. 10) Deepshikha Mahila Club takes no responsibility for duplication of products. 11) Deepshikha Mahila Club takes no responsibility for movement of people. Please study the layout carefully before booking the stall. 12) The stall holders must bring their own helpers for carrying their luggage. 13) Exhibitors are wholly responsible for the safety of their exhibits, themselves, their employees and of the public, when they are at their stalls. Deepshikha Mahila Club is not responsible for any loss or damage of property. 14) The Organizers do not accept any responsibility for the breakdown of any services or for the postponement of the exhibition or for the interruption during the mela for any cause beyond their control, nor will refund to the exhibitors in respect thereof . 15) No exhibitor will be allowed to occupy more area than that allotted to them. Please do not display your products etc., in the passage area. 16) Please collect the receipt at the time of occupying your stall at DEEPMELA. 17) Please ensure that only eco friendly bags are used. Usage of plastic bags is banned, and will be penalized. 18) Since the country is recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic, it is mandatory for you and your staff to be fully vaccinated. Please wear your masks and use sanitizers frequently. Deepshikha Mahila Club is not responsible regarding any health issues. 19) Right of admission reserved.
