DETERMINING OF LEFT/RIGHT DOOR TYPE

Steel doors DELTA UNIVERSAL 45 can be applied as Internal or External entrance doors for offices, industrial premises, housing etc. Certificate ITT acc. to EN 14351-1+A1:2010 includes possibility to install different type of glazing. Leaf – single rebate type, 46mm thick, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5mm covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Leaf is filled with board of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and equipped with two mortise locks, three hinges and three hinge bolts. Frame made of 1,2mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. Water resistance class 3B EN-1027 applies only if installed as opened outward. Doors are offered as flat or with pressed patterns. For additional charge, we offer for this doors also: glazing, thresholds with gasket, cylinders in system keyed alike, electromechanical handles.

New! – for additional charge available handles and rosettes made of stainless steel.

REMARK: construction of leaf allows it’s installation also on existing steel frames. Possibility to shorten: leaf flat: 14cm, leaf with pressed pattern: 8cm ; leaf with deep pressed patterns: 5cm

The main lock DELTA DD6H/Z - certified class 6 acc. to EN 12209:2005 – is operated by cylinder with gear type cam. Frame- made of 1,5mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure, allows application of additional gasket-advised in case of installation as external entrance doors . Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. Water resistance class 5B EN-1027 applies only if installed as opened outward. Doors are offered as flat or with pressed patterns. For additional charge, we offer for this doors also: glazing, thresholds with gasket, opening limiter, cylinders in system keyed alike, electromechanical handles, also alternative door frame profiles: PU, PD or PN (only for size 80).

Leaf – single rebate type, 56mm thick, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5mm covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Leaf is filled with board of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and equipped with two mortise locks, three hinges and three hinge bolts. The main lock DELTA DD6H/Z - certified class 6 acc. to EN 12209:2005 – is operated by cylinder with gear type cam. Frame- made of 1,5mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure, allows application of additional gasket-advised in case of installation as external entrance doors . Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. Water resistance class 5B EN-1027 applies only if installed as opened outward. Doors are offered as flat or with pressed patterns. ROYAL DELTA door can be shortened only to 30mm (included rebate). It is recommended to order shortened door directly from the manufacturer. Experienced install team can shorten the door on their own, after reading the shortening instructions, respecting the precautions of the instructions and installing the closing profile of bottom of the door leaf. It should be noted that shortening leafs should be the last option, wherever it is not possible to prepare sufficiently high space. Door leaf shortening is not recommended by the manufacturer, as this may decrease the functional parameters ofthe door.

Steel anti-burglary , fire rated and smoke-tight doors DELTA MAGNUM are designated to protect rooms where: high anti-burglary level is requested (version MAGNUM 4C) , medium anti-burglary level is requested (version MAGNUM’3 2H) or low anti-burglary level is requested (version MAGNUM’3).

All versions of MAGNUM doors ensure fir-rating EI30 and smoke – tight feature. Doors could be applied as internal entrance doors for offices, industrial premises, housing etc. They are available only as flat and with two kinds of frames: profile PU and PD.

REMARK! Doors MAGNUM are available with pressed pattern Londyn, but minimum order qty is 20pcs

ATTENTION! In case of this doors it is necessary to install a threshold supplied by manufacturer and a door closer (or door closing hinge) – acc. to technical specification. Door viewer and opening limiter are available. This door cannot be shorten.

Steel reinforced doors DELTA ENTER S can be applied as Internal or External entrance doors for offices, industrial premises, housing etc. Certificate ITT acc. to EN 14351-1+A1:2010 includes possibility to install different type of glazing. Leaf – single rebate type, 56mm thick, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.7mm covered by PVC film with wood grain structure. Leaf is filled with board of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and equipped with one mortise locks, three hinges and three hinge bolts. The main lock DELTA DD6H/Z - certified class 6 acc. to EN 12209:2005 – is operated by cylinder with gear type cam. The upper and hinge sides of leaf has been reinforced to allow installation of door closer and extensive use in public locations. Frame- made of 1,5mm galvanized steel covered by PVC film with wood grain structure, with a second gasket . Because doors are made of steel, in case of installation as external entrance doors we recommend to install a small roofing over the door, to prevent overheating from the sunshine. For additional charge, we offer for this doors also: glazing, thresholds with gasket, door frame with thermal insulation insert (profile PDT), door c l o s e r , e l e c t r o m e c h a n i c a l h a n d l e s , electromagnetic lock, knob handle.

INOX Decorative stainless steel glazing frames used for Delta SPECIAL, PREMIUM, MAXIM, ROYAL and GRAND external doors. This type of frames are characterized by a lack connection in the corners of the frame (as in the frame of PVC and ALU) and a lack of install screw caps on the inside of the door (as in the frame of PVC). With INOX frames available glass are: REFLEX, DECORMAT and MIRRORED.NOTE! INOX glazing are not available at the door of dimension 80N (except ROYAL 84S). INOX glazing in PREMIUM 100E doors, are not available in deep pressed RAMA pattern. DECORATIVE PANELS for interior entrance doors

In cooperation with Polish internal door manufacturer DRE company from Elblag, we introduce for sale additional decorative panels in two colors DRE - Cell Decor: golden oak rib and dark walnut rib.

The 4 mm thick MDF panel is an additional element, possible to establish with Delta Special, PREMIUM or DE LUXE doors, but only for internal doors, apartment doors, measuring 80N and 90E, and in two versions: FLAT and TRENTO pressed pattern.Perfectly harmonize with interior door of DRE in the two most popular colors.

Both sides established door panels increase the acoustic insulation, so important for the front door to the apartment.

Decorative panels are installed to the door leaf with steel profiles in golden oak or dark walnut color, like the door frames of ourcompany.

NOTE!!The DRE decorative panels colors - Cell Decor golden oak rib and dark walnut rib, are slightly different from the color of fixing profiles and door frames. Before buying, please check the existingcolor differences between the panels and door frames.

At the door with decorative panels is not possible to install opening limiter.

Doors with decorative panel can be installed only with threshold made of solid oak of P or PD profile.

DELTA doors with decorative panels can be cut to 5 cm by the manufacturer.

The upper and side fanlights are designated for customers who wantsto inlet more light intothey home or office interior. Fanlights can apply to the Delta SPECIAL, PREMIUM and DE LUXE external doors, While the Delta GRAND double leaf doors can only be used with side fanlight. Due to the risk of glass breaking,fanlights are designated for rooms with low or average risk of burglary. In the modelsSPECIAL, PREMIUM and GRAND Pdoors, with fanlights results loss of IMP certification increased resistance to burglary.

The frame of the fanlightsis made of steel sheet 1.5 mm in the color of the door leaf. The doors must be installed with the frame profile PD150 or PDT150. Glass of the fanlights is 24 mm thick, available in 2 version: in standard:reinforced P2 glass with reflex, and the optionalfor extra charge is reinforced P2 glass with mirrored.The upper fanlights are available in one size, applies to single 90E door.The side fanlights are available in two dimensions. The available fanlights dimensions are in the table below.

NOTE!• Assumed distance between the lower edge of the wings, and the finished floor level is 10 - 15 mm.• The door frame is designated for installation on a concrete slab, and not on the a finished, ready floor• The fanlight frame is 15 mm shorter than door frame, is designated to install on the finished ready floor• The bottom side of the fan light must be insulated from inside and outside, with silicone material that there was no rain water penetration to the interior.• Dimension tolerance according in EN norm is: up to 1m +/- 1mm, over 1m: +/-2 mm.
