1.1. Functional DescriptionDescon HR Department maintains a Personal number for all employeesand against this personnel number they maintain the annual salary . Theannual salary get revised every year so the HR department requires tomaintain an excel file through which they can upload the data containingPersonnel number,First&Last name and the annual salary.

2. Detailed Functional Requirements

Descon HR Department needs to update the annual salary of all employeesthrough an excel format contaning Personnel number.The annual salary gets

updated at the Basic pay infotype(0008) on fields ’ANSAL’.

3.Data Flow

The TCODE will be used for this

PA30- Maintain HR master data.In this Tcode annual salary gets updated at Basic Pay infotype (0008) atANSAL field. We have to upload it by execution of it.

Execute Tcode PA30 put the five digit employee code then select the infotypeBasic Pay (0008) and change the Annual Salary (ANSAL) field.

Main tables will be used for this

PA0008- HR Master Record: Info type 0008 (Basic Pay).

PA0002- HR Master Record: Info type 0002 (Personal Data)
