Informed Our decisions are based on our customer insights, not our opinions. We gathered these insights from speaking to our customers and looking at the data. We test > We iterate > We validate > We ship.
Empowering The money we transfer belongs to our customers. They know what is happening to it, what will happen to it and what did happen to it at all points during the process. They feel in control because they are in control.
Cohesive Using TransferWise is an end-to-end experience, our product is built by one company. Users do not have to relearn our product, we reuse before we redesign.
Transparent No Hidden Fees - they are obvious, digestible and understandable. The user understands our product because it is clear and can therefore make decisions fairly.
Upfront Our customers trust us with their money, their identity and their time. We are informative about our process from the start. They feel confident in our product and understand what they need to do and why.
Clear We don't distract and we don’t hide. We don’t do small print, and we don’t do information overload. We reduce. We show the right information at the right time.
