Tenure: The Tenure OF THE Contract Is 12 MONTHS FROM THE Date OF Signing THE Contract. Payment Terms:

1) For Creative’s- 1, 50,000/ Should Paid In Advance On The Date Of Signing The Contract.

2) Rest Amount Should Be Pay In 11 Equated Monthly Retention Basis Of Rs.40,909/- (P.M. In The First Week) Immediate After One Month Of Contract Signed Date.

3) Cheque Should Be Drawn In Favor Of Idea Manufacturing Company (A Sister Concern Of R J Design)

4) Service Tax Will Be Extra.

5) The Said Contract Should Not Be Cancelled At Any Condition.

6) All CDR Files Should Be Provide Only After Receiving Of Final Payment Mentioned In The Contract.
