Technology

Flatbed UV printing System, uses HP acrylate based UV curable pigment dyes, which cures immediately.

It is generally available in Standard sizes such as 600×300 mm / 600×600 mm / 600×900 mm / 600×1200

/ 900×1200 mm / 1200 x 1800 mm. however; we accept customized order of sizes up till 3000 x 1800 mm

size of glasses.

Product Specifications

• Digitally printed using german dyes/polymerated coatings on 12mm toughened glass. It is a single

piece of glass is used for printing and strengthened with ceramic coating on the backside i.e no

sandwiching or no paper print between glasses.

• 2 mm/ 4 mm/ 6 mm/ 8 mm/ 10 mm thick glass is also available on request.

• Smooth and Polished edges to match the size and thickness of the co-tile.

• Product is fortified with scratch and moisture resistant protective coatings.

• Over the thickness of the glass, 2-3mm ceramic adhesive coating is supported to give maximum

adhesion and ensure long life. Importantly, ordinary cement or white cement can be used for laying.

• Individual thermocol packing with wooden crate packing to sustain long distance delivery.

Laying Instructions

• Determine the area and size glass tile.

• Sprinkle little water over the adhesive on the rear side of the glass (do not dip the entire tile into

tub of water)

• Lay the glass tile, similar as the normal ceramic tile
