CHALLENGE: Significant amount of unclean data to import, limited time & resources• MIGRATION ISSUES: WEX needed to

import 175,000 new accounts into their Siebel system – including 1.1 million cards to be printed

• DIRTY DATA: Data originated externally & is very dirty. It needed to be cleaned and transformed before it could be imported

• LIMITED RESOURCES: Current process could only handle 2,000 accounts at a time with a limit of 25,000 cards

• NO TIME: At the current rate, the import would take 6 months to complete, but WEX needed to finish in 3 months.

RESULTS: On-time delivery, zero business impact, efficiencies cut by more than half• ON-TIME DELIVERY, ZERO IMPACT: The

collaboration among Invoke, Blue Prism, Trifacta, and AWS resulted in on-time delivery and no impact to the business. All cards were printed and verified to be working with customers.

• PROCESSES CUT BY HALF: Trifacta reduced a 7-week process to 1-2 weeks, while Blue Prism cut a 10-week process down to 3-4 weeks.
