Management took note with much concern about the absenteeism

We would like to inform you that such absences are causing much prejudice to the smooth running of the operations.

Accordingly, We wish you to take note of the above and amend accordingly or otherwise we will have no other option than to take stringent disciplinary actions against you

We trust, we can rely on your kind understanding

Absences are file on written explanation, even if its an official or unofficial leave. Unreasonable absences will be automatically 1 absence is equal to 3-day unpaid working days. (Reasonable absences i.e ACTS of God, Emergency of an Immediate Family and Deaths) 1st offense: Written Explanation 2nd Offense: One Week Suspension 3rd Offense: Two Week Suspension 4th Offense: Consideration to End of Service
