FEATURES Directory Your contacts The Directory is your access to everyone in your organisation, as well as any contacts you may have saved to your 4phone. Find who you need to speak to instantly with simple search facility. To search within the Directory, simply press the Phone icon. This will display options for contacts in MY COMPANY, FAVOURITES and RECENT CALLS. Select the contact you want to call from the alphabetical list. Directory Your contacts

The Directory is your access to everyone in your organisation, as well as any contacts you may have saved to your 4phone. Find who you need to speak to instantly with simple search facility.

To search within the Directory, simply press the Phone icon. This will display options for contacts in MY COMPANY, FAVOURITES and RECENT CALLS. Select the contact you want to call from the alphabetical list.

Hold Simple functionality

Placing calls on hold has never been so simple with our intuitive touch screen display. The 4phone makes the transition from incoming call, to a held call with just the press of a button.

Using the hold facility gives you the flexibility to put a caller on hold so you can search for information, speak to a colleague or simply find a solution to a question. 4phone on hold is a quick and simple method to assist with day to day call answering.

To place a call on hold simply pick up the 4phone handset when a call comes in, you will be presented with several option, press hold icon and the call will be placed on hold.

On hold marketing comes as standard with your new 4phone allowing your business to customise hold marketing messages to your customers.

Favourites Everyday contacts

Add contacts you speak to the most as a favourite and they’ll be added to your home screen for faster access.

Within any job role there are people you speak to frequently, whether that’s a colleague, a customer or a supplier. 4phone gives you the capability to store these regular contacts as a favourite, so you can contact them more quickly and efficiently.

Creating a favourite couldn’t be easier. Simply find your contact, press on the star icon and this will add them to your favourites held on the home screen of your 4phone.

Quick calling is a feature which helps to speed up the process of calling your colleagues internally.

When you search for a contact in the Directory their extension number will appear alongside their name. Press Call Extension to intiate the call.

A quick and efficient method of calling internal colleagues.

Direct Transfer Connect faster

Simply and efficiently transfer a caller to an extension number using our Direct Transfer feature, saving you and the caller waiting time.

When you receive a call you have the ability to push that call straight through to the correct destination, without having to transfer in the standard way. Direct Transfer gives you this flexibility.

To Direct Transfer whilst on a call choose the extension or person you need to direct the call to and press the Direct Transfer or Transfer button, replace the handset and the call has been transferred.
