WAREHOUSE MANAGER CPCUKWA has developed a new Warehouse Manager Certificate of Professional Competence in collaboration with Logistics Learning Alliance.

Using feedback from UKWA members, the course has been structured to be focused, relevant and to meet the needs of the industry.

It is equivalent to Level 4/5 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)And is aimed at employees at middle to senior management level.

The course consists of 2 modules:• Management of warehouse operations• Management of people

Each module requires 80 guided learning hours, a total of 160 GLH for the qualification, delivered by distance learning. The programme can also be delivered in-house through a fast track programme.

For the online learning, there will be optional one-day workshops for each module and the rest of the hours will be accomplished by tutor-supported distance learning.

The course fee is £1375 + vat and includes learning materials and support

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR CPCUKWA has developed the Supervisor Certificate of Professional Competence in collaboration with Logistics Learning Alliance.

Using feedback from UKWA members, the course has been structured to be focused, relevant and to meet the needs of the industry.

It is equivalent to Level 3 of the Regulated Qualification Framework and is ideal for the Supervisor/Team Leader level in the Warehouse sector.

The programme will cover the following areas• Warehouse Operations• Leadership and Management• Customer Service Skills

Total learning time is expected to take 140 hours online, part-time.study or can also be studied as a Face-to-face“fast-track” programme.

For the online programme, there will be an optional one-day workshop. To start each unit and the rest of the hours will be accomplished by distance learning.

The course fee is £1210 + vat and includes learning materials and support.

CILT (UK) WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT COURSEThe course delivers the knowledge and understanding of the key elements of warehouse management practice that are fundamental to commercial organisations.

Duration: Two day taught course. Minimum numbers will apply.

Delivery: Public course in Corby, Northamptonshire or In-company (flexible, depending on customer requirements)

CILT (UK) LEVEL 3 AWARD IN WAREHOUSINGThis course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of Warehousing and deliver the skills required by an aspiring warehouse manager or supervisor to operate effectively. The unit covers all of the key areas of warehousing operations and the key activities involved in each area.

• Managing Warehouse Receiving and StorageOperations

• Managing Warehouse Order and DispatchOperations

• Managing the Provision and Care of WarehouseResources

Duration: 80 guided learning hours to be completed in one year

Delivery: Online, distance learning or In-company (flexible, depending on customer requirements)

CILT (UK) LEVEL 1 AWARD IN LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTThe Level 1 Award is an entry-level qualification and ideally suited to younger learners, individuals who have not studied for a long period of time or learners for whom English is not their first language who require a general basic overview of the industry and a firm base for further study.

Duration: The guided learning hours required are set at 100 hours. This is made up of 40 hours for M1-L2, 25 hours for M2-L1 and 35 hours for M3-L1. Learners have one year to complete their study. Extensions are available on request up to a maximum of 18 months in 3 month increments.

Delivery: The CILT(UK) offer this Award by Distance Learning, the cost includes all Learning Materials, Exam/Assessment fees, access to a Distance Learning Advisor and Learner Registration for the duration of your study. (please note examination re-sits are not included in this cost)

CILT (UK) LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTThe qualification is designed to give learners the

opportunity to gain introductory knowledge of the

warehousing industry.

It is aimed at:

• Those new to the logistics environment

• To those in a different department who would

benefit from a working knowledge of logistics

activities and staff who perform them

• To renew basic knowledge for those who have been

out of the logistics environment for a period

• Can be used as part of an induction progamme

Duration: 160 guided learning hours to be completed in one year

CILT (UK) LEVEL 3 CERTIFICATE IN LOGISTICSAND TRANSPORTA free-standing qualification, designed to provide a sound foundation for a career within the transport and supply chain fields and to provide learners with a complete set of management skills. The CILT (UK) Certificate has been modelled on a competency model which specifies precisely what a supervisor and first line manager should be able to do and how well it should be done. To achieve the CILT (UK) Certificate candidates are required to demonstrate competence in the following areas:

• Business Theory• Business Application• Warehousing(other technical options are also available)

Duration: 240 guided learning hours to be completed in two years























CILT (UK) LEVEL 5 PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTThe CILT (UK) L5 Professional Diploma provides the essential people management skills required by all managers, together with options covering: supply chain management, procurement, inventory, production, warehousing, transport & distribution and planning. Suitable for:

• Middle management personnel in operational roles witha planning dimension

• Graduate trainees• Those new to the role of tactical management• Those already in tactical management who need to

upgrade their knowledge• Those who have successfully completed CILT (UK)

Level 3 Certificate

Duration: 360 guided learning hours to be completed in two years

Delivery: On-Line or distance learning

Fees: Price from £1,970 including registration fee and assessment fees.





















IOE LEVEL 5 DIPLOMA IN WORLD CUSTOMS The qualification covers Customs procedures and processes at a world level, European Union and UK level including Trade Compliance, Import and Export Licensing, The Union Customs Code and Authorised Economic Operator.

Duration: 82 hours for each of the 3 modules and 26 hours for the project based assessment to be completed within 4 years, but the usual period of study is 15 months.
