Great Falls took last year’s match-up, 3-1, to open the year and finished with a 10-7-1 record. The Tigers also posted a 10-7-1 mark and both teams appear to be on a similar path this year. UGF returns nine starters from last year and Doane returns 10. The Argos will look to their top two scorers from a year ago. Luis Torres posted 14 goals and Danny Delgadillo added eight goals. Jose Pena returns in goal after posting a 1.27 goals against average (GAA). Doane returns their leading scorer in Isaac Beber who set a school-record with 14 goals last year. Chris Watson led the team with seven assists. In goal, Casey Clark returns after posting a 1.49 GAA. Game Day - No. 2 - August 20 Doane College vs. Rocky Mountain College Like their female counterparts, the Battlin’ Bears have an international flavor that was key to the team’s success last year. RMC pulls players from the England area and return their second-leading scorer, Jack Clancey out of Ireland. Last year, Rocky Mountain went 14-4-1 and lost to Hastings in NAIA Opening Round of the National Tournament. They must replace their leading scorer, Oliver Gore, who scored 20 goals and had nine assists. They also have the task of replacing their starting goal keeper, Joachim Soderstrom, who had a 1.17 GAA. Doane College vs. University of Great Falls

Monday marks the season opener for the Tigers and the Argos. Great Falls took last year’s match-up, 3-1, to open the year and finished with a 10-7-1 record. The Tigers also posted a 10-7-1 mark and both teams appear to be on a similar path this year. UGF returns nine starters from last year and Doane returns 10.
