•Operational Guide Updates– Reaching Consensus
• Approved in Plenary
• TIA still reviewing and may request changes
•Co-location in Feb 2007– With TR-41 to address bonding & grounding
– With FO-4 to investigate mutual interests which could lead to proposing a merger of the two Committees
TR-42 Wish List
• Electronic rosters for sign-in at meeting– Quorum call & tracking attendance
– Ease of incorporating database into meeting reports
• Status of Staff Responsibilities has been addressed
•Duplicate memberships has been addressed
Other Notes
• Tendency for some members to file issues directly with TIA executives– Often before attempts to resolve at Plenary
level
– Would prefer to address issues in Plenary first
