CUTS THREATEN YOUR SAFETY!Onondaga County Legislators are proposing budget cuts of Sheriff
posi�ons and equipment. Crime is on the rise in Onondaga County,
due in large part to our weakened economy. Sheriff Kevin Walsh
said a $1.76 million cut from his department’s police division and
the elimina�on of the department’s helicopter would threaten
public safety.1 Don’t let your Legislator make addi�onal cuts to our
approved budget that could affect your family’s safety.
