Cabling overviewAn experimental TNC table is equipped with:
From Control Room– 6 x NE48
• 5 x can be used in manual mode• 1 x on automatic plug-in
– 24 x CK50 e.g. for BPM read-out– Several HV cables – manual mode, e g. for BPM supply
From TT61– 5 x NE48 from TT61
• 5 x on automatic plug-in• E.g. for strain gauges
– 12 x CK50• E.g. for high frequency signals (from BPM)
– Dedicated experimental cables (subject to discussion) via empty cable ducts• E.g. fibre optics• Max diameter 35 mm (also for connectors)• Beyond 35 mm requires dedicated study using 3rd feed-through with inner diameter 100 mm
