Construction work stopped since Feb 16, 2004
Contractor was asking for $500K to commence work
Current Task
Shazada Qaid Johar Bhaisaheb (DM) twice met with the Contractor
Aamir Bhaisaheb conducted a working meeting with the Architect
Aamir Bhai Saheb conducted a working meeting with the Contractor
Value Engineering by contractor is complete
•No significant cost reduction drivers identified
•Total possible cost reduction <$95K
•Review in progress
Architect is updating drawings to incorporate RFIs
