Caribbean islands. Arrivals on Nevis comes either on the eight-

minute flight from St. Kitts or via the ferry between Basseterre, St.

Kitts and Charlestown, Nevis, (a 45-minute trip). Boat facilities for

private vehicles to be transported across to Nevis are also available.

As a cruise destination, St. Kitts and Nevis have grown quickly in the

past few years. Major cruise lines berth in the capital of St. Kitts

whilst only small charters venture to Nevis.
