Remember your employee code & the Password which you provide here.

HR Access
The HR managers are to control and manage the delivery of appraisal forms to the immediate Head of Department/Immediate Supervisor (First Appraiser) as well as to all
subsequent Appraisers upto the Managing Director and Chairperson.
The HR managers will be restricted to view MBOs of executives in their property only.
To control and manage the delivery of appraisal formsthe HR Manager has to create a map of each employee code to the Appraising hierarchy starting with the First Appraisers employee code. This map can be changed
anytime if the Appraisee has shifted departments during the year.
To map the MBO of an executive the HR Manager goes to the ‘Map Appraisee hierarchy’ section.
You need to fill the Appraisee’s Code
You need to fill 1st Appraiser’s Code
From the Drop down list you have to choose HR/GM identity the executive is reporting to.
On pressing Submit button a map of the employee code will be created. This ensures MBO delivery.
This facility is in the event of resignations,which require a deletion
In case you have shifted the executive to a different department you can update his map here. Input Employee code to view current details & update.
In case the employee has shifted departments enter the employee code of the new HOD/ Supervisor.
Press Update button to change the hierarchy.
Press Back button and return to Map appraisee hierarchy section.
Scroll down to the View Appraisee Hierarchy subsection
Choose a property
Choose a department
Press Login to view Appraisee Hierarchy in the department of that particular property.
You can view total Appraisee Hierarchy & even print them for ready reference
The Local HR Manager can login here to monitor the MBO activities.
Select the local HR ID from the dropdown
Default password is “password” . Change it as soon as you login
Choose the grade
Choose the Department
Login and HR can access all the
MBOs. However HR can only view not
edit.
HR may either choose the search criteria as a Grade or Department or may give a combination of both.
Only the names of those appraisee will pop up in the left Panel whose name has been mapped under that respectiveHR.
Choose a name to see the MBO form

If the Appraisee whose name has been chosen by the HR have not finalised his/ her Objectives , a message will come.
If the Appraisee has finalised his/ her Objectives The MBO form of the appraisee will be displayed.

Scroll Down the page after viewing and press the Continue Button
Please Note : Unit strategy is different for different locationsAfter viewing The Unit
Strategy Page press the Continue Button to proceed
Comments added
The HR views the comments made by Appraiser and the weightages given.
The HR will press the Continue button to view the KRAs.

The HR will view the Appraisee and Appraiser’s SignatureThe HR will put his comments and Signature
If HR does not want to make any comment , he/she can press the Close button.
The HR Will Press The Submit button in case he/she makes a comment
IMPORTANT NOTE :
One HR cannot view the comments made by other HR. For example if He/She logs in as HR Kolkata, then comments made by HR Vizag orHR Bangalore will not be visible.
