Objective To explore in detail the viability of the idea of transforming New Borg El
Arab (NBC) into an EcoCity in order to provide a more grounded understanding of the present situation and the opportunities for the future
Methodology followed A series of structured workshops held both in Finland and Egypt A number of focused discussions that involved key stakeholders
Meant for Decision makers & planners, but also for investors, funding organizations
and donors
