Introduction
This full day is VERY interactive! You will work alone, in pairs, and in table groups to think about your school and it's future. Vision is about a future, a better tomorrow for your school.

education for your community Having a vision which is clear, written down, shared
with and agreed with by all including staff, SMC, parents

How was that, easy or difficult? What was the most difficult part? Could you see the future? Could you remember what you had seen to write
down? Were the four headings useful?
Vision-Share & Write
1. Now sit with your school colleague
2. Swap notebooks and look at each others vision notes
3. Now take one of my Vision Documents and start to fill it in
4. Note how each section should be written, there is one example in each section
5.Take your time, use the time wisely, you are learning AND working to develop your school as you do this activity
